- Today we bring you the literary masterpiece largely regaled as "Spiderses"! Twilight and Big Mac embark on a deep romantic partnership which can only be achieved through amazing twists and some stuff involving spiders. Did you know that certain varieties of male spider will sacrifice their reproductive organs to the female during mating?

Petirep announced on DeviantArt that I'd either have this up by Thursday or Friday, barring any unforeseen circumstances. When I decided not to post it without adding some background music, which caused a delay, he called himself a liar. I tried to make him a double liar by turning around and posting it on Friday after all, but I'm pretty sure Petirep is only a double liar in some time zones.
Our next fic coming up is Rainbow Factory, which I am very excited about. I have descended on it like a predatory animal. However, the fic we do after Rainbow Factory is still up in the air, so not only are we taking suggestions, but we're also trying out a contest.

My favorite part is the side story with Spike. He desperately tries to learn tax law in order to not be thrown out on his ear, only to die to spiders.

When she calls her an insect, he was referring to her status in life. "You remain an insect." He say's the spider form is just more suiting her demeanor. She isn't saying spiders are insect, she's saying twilight is an insect, regardless of her form. That was the joke.
I like the idea of the fanfics being tests given by Celestia, that would give My Little Dashie a lot more context.

In this "celestia" implied she was already an insect (metaphorically), and as a spider she'd just found a form more fitting of being one. I don't think she ever said arachnids were insects.

On all mlp fandom retrospective videos, specifically regarding videos that traumatized the children in the community, this video never makes the list that commentators talk about but it should. This video traumatized me so much as a 13 year old. I would describe this video to people as an adult, the more I would describe about the spider mating the more I would think "... this couldn't have been real". Maybe it was a terrible nightmare I had, induced by other disturbing brony videos. But no. It was real. This spider breeding fetish video and fanfic is real. Someone wrote this. Someone animated it. And 2.3 million people watched it.
