We only go to breakfast places that serve lunch at the same time. I don't eat breakfast really. But a good patty melt at 7:30 am with some crinkle fries is always on point!

I used to eat at the dockside bar a lot. At least once a month. Great service, great food, and one of the best sunset dining views in Orlando.
Tried dining there a few times over the past year. Always full. And when I was able to secure a table, it was just too crowded to get good service.
But yeah, the filet sliders never fail. And a smaller serving of the key lime pie -- served in a mason jar. Yum! 😊

Outstanding Phoebe! Sooo Yummy! I love The Boathouse, Been there 3 times during my last stay at WDW. I could make a meal just out of your appetizer, grouper and the bread! That Key Lime Cheesecake was gi-normous! Yummy again. When I'm there this year for Christmas, I'm definitely going there for lunch/dinner. Hey Phoebe. I can understand that you wanna mix up your meals when in WDW. I actually get the popcorn mix at the Confectionery store in MK in the morning so that’s my breakfast for that day. Breakfast for Dinner is something that I like to do once in awhile. The Boathouse is one of my favorite restaurants. The food there is really good. That pie looks really good I will half to try it the next time I am there.

I loveeee the crab cake and I’ve also had the mahi sandwhich. But my favorite thing there is the truffle fries!!
They say the Key Lime Pie "Serves 2" -- not in my world. Growing up in South Florida, Key Lime pie is my favorite desert of all time. I'd work on that one all afternoon. Thank you for sharing Phoebe!

The Boathouse is another restaurant at Disney that I’ve never eaten at before. If I were to eat at this restaurant on a future Disney trip, I would probably order the wild caught sea of cortez shrimp because I really love shrimp. By the way Phoebe, your filet mignon sliders looked really yummy.

I have eaten their oysters out back at the bar. They were so good. I had the best drink there as well. Can't remember what it was but it was pink lemonade and vodka I think. It was really nice. Cheers!

We ate there last year. I had the sliders. They were good but mine were a little dry by the time I got them. But they were still go though. I want to try more things there. I love grouper. I need to get that dish.

I used to get the crab stuffed lobster but they got rid of it when they reopened. 😭 now I get the filet sliders, lobster bisque and carpaccio.
I also get the key lime pie martini.

I am with you for eating dinner for breakfast, or even just eating so late that I just eat lunch. I also do not like to order breakfast at those restaurants who offer it all day. I even like leftover pizza and such for breakfast at home.

Grouper is one of those popular fish's that can go both ways , A lot of chain restaurants use farmed out Grouper. Like Hooters fish sandwich is huge and it's Grouper, I think they call it Groupers cousin. Anyway I found out it's from Vietnam. Wasn't happy about that since Florida is surrounded by Grouper. On the other hand Winghouse Grouper is locally sourced. Same with many local eateries.

I ate there a couple years ago, not a very good meal. I tried the clam strips and they were overcooked and rubbery and extremely salted. I did enjoy the key lime pie

I had the worst experience at the boathouse last year. Ordered the lobster roll and could smell the foulness from 10ft away as it was being delivered. It was rancid. Servers acted like that was how it normally was served. Fresh seafood should not smell like fish. After going to multiple locations around the parks it’s obvious that patrons and staff have no clue what fresh seafood actually is

Best restaurant in disney springs! The steak and lobster is my favorite with those amazing blue drinks with the rubber ducks are a can't miss. I tell everyone, if you could only eat one place in disney springs, this is it! Oh and you're absolutely correct about the quality of the bread.

I’m the same way. I do not like breakfast meals, I rather have a burger and fries than Bacon and eggs. I think there should also be all day dinner as well.
