Four comments all posted fifteen minutes ago, saying nothing about the racing. The bots are here. This is one of the best tracks on earth . Love the corkscrew and the run up to that turn.
@@codymoe4986Sadly they'll just make ten accounts for everyone that gets banned 😂they make good money doing this even tho it kills ppls channels they still buy bots lol
Sorry mate, Laguna Seca is hardly 1 of motor-sports best tracks. The Corkscrew although fairly unique isn't an exciting over-take spot & the whole lap is so so + short!! Each to their own opinion of course but Spa, Silverstone, Assen etc it most certainly isn't!!! Enjoy the racing.
love this track- always love seeing Indy cars here (haven't played for ages but I used to love sending it through the corkscrew i Gran Turismo!! fun fun)
yeah at every road and street track they have the alternative s/f line so drivers aren’t running around off the pace on in laps. keeps it safer and allows more laps to be done.
It's so the cars can finish a lap without having to go around the entire track that might mess up someone's fast lap, they can finish the lap and immediately go into the pits
Just a guess, but I'd say it was because they can't say Laguna Seca without mentioning the track's sponsor, Weathertech, but they aren't the sponsor of the grand prix
I would love it if they called it laguna seca, but that’s not what the race is called. It’s the Monterey GP. Just like when MotoGP or F1 race at redbull ring, it’s called the Austria GP and not redbull ring GP.

The Track limits abuse is ridiculous!!! WTF!!! All four tires over the white line equals deleted time. The Indycar Series Organizers are running it like amateurs. Its laughable they are completely ignoring the kink at the top of the hill before the corkscrew!!!!
What are you on about? Tracklimits are defined by those yellow things called sand traps - something F1 also used to have before they decided it's better to have asphalt everywhere and fake track limits.
I feel like it makes sense enough. 2 groups to minimize traffic impedance and give drivers and opportunity to set their best times. Take the top 6 of those 2 groups (Q1 analogue to F1, but again minimizing impedance issues), those 12 run the second session (Q2 F1 analogue) aiming to be in the top 6, then top 6 compete to set first rows(Q3 F1 analogue). Everything behind top 6 is set based on time, depending on penalties potentially due. I think it’s almost an interesting format for F1 to evaluate given any potential addition of teams and how tight some quali sessions can be with possible and realized impeding penalties.

If enough of us report them, do they disappear permanently?

Track limits?
Where we are going, we don't need any track limits.
Indycar not having track limits is honestly a joke
@@samzilla1050there's no point in track limits when the sand slows them down anyways.
@@samzilla1050 You don't need track limits when the material off-track punishes you more than any time penalty could.

The final result?????????? All pilots... No es complicado poner la informacion...
Agreed
Paloooooouuuuu!!!👏🏻👏🏻
The runoff added to turn 5's exit is an interesting addition. Changes the braking zone for 6 as well, keeping things interesting.
Still remember that Zanardi move. That dude was insane.
1:40 best cam 🎥
Why is the S/F line this instead of the main straight? Is it related to pit entry?
yeah at every road and street track they have the alternative s/f line so drivers aren’t running around off the pace on in laps. keeps it safer and allows more laps to be done.
@@Preso_ That's a good idea
Kirkwood with another fantastic laptime
I prefer F1's stance on having track limits, but agree this is a beautiful track
13:34 it starts in 3PM PT. (Pacific time)

yeppppp!
Last race before hybrid units
Start finish timing lines different?
yes the Alternate Start/Finish is the dotted white line across the track ( before the 2nd last corner) ...its only used for quali.

Extended highlights, but you don't include the reaction to lungdgaard knocking newgarden out?
Whose reaction?
Cannapino is still racing??
... what's sup with Team Penske...
Respect.
I know it's Monterey cali.... why don't they call it Laguna Seca?
Agreed
Or at least the Monterey Grand Prix at Laguna Seca

@deevizm8035 Leguna Seca is the name of the track, not the race. You wouldn't say "we're going racing at Indianapolis 500".
@seanberry1, that's exactly it. Imsa does say "weather tech raceway laguna seca" because weather tech is their main sponsor
Malukus making the fast 12 after everything that's happened this year 👀
Why the end of the lap wasn't on the start/finish straight???

Great coverage, but please learn how to pronounce Romain Grosjean. It's embarrassing, unprofessional and could be taken as "it doesn't matter"...
For real. It's been like 3 years now.
It’s annoying to hear “Roman” for 3 years
Yeah it’s getting pretty annoying like yeah I get that it’s hard to pronounce but even in f1 they didn’t butcher the pronunciation this badly

It just feels weird when they call it "turn 9"
What the corkscrew? The top is 8, which rolls down and right through 8a, and then left through 9. What makes it weird? Just curious
Good luck for Pato and Malukas tomorrow!!!
Can Rossi win now 🙏🙏🙏🙏
3 New Zealanders in GRP1 top 6, non in the Fast 6😅
Will Power is Australian, a completely separate country...
Gawd I hate NBC. They'd rather air a track drying than actual racing.
sometimes it's hard to tell the bots fromthe Newgarden fans, I dunno
Man been watching Indycar since I was a kid and this weird qualifying they use now has me so confused. I just skip to the final 3 minutes.
