I have iPhone 12 Pro Max and the Quilty of the camera it’s really really bad so do you think I shouldn’t worry about that because I can’t afford to buy a very good camera or buy a new phone

good question, I would say just start creating content so you can get your reps in - you can always improve your camera in the future when you're better at creating engaging content
but most important part is audio, you can find an affordable microphone online
