    I like the empty vibes of the first one more. Maybe if the student made better leading lines it would've worked better. ❤

      It's just abit too plain and uninteresting. There needs to be something filling the empty right hand side if we are that far back.

      @@allroundlad true that, leading lines made of other elements would have been perfect.

    this is helpful, I've actually sorta started doing this myself recently.
    but this is also a good example of how the language around art is not very well developed 😂
    I love listening to people explain what helps but then they say things like impact, deep, range, etc.
    some words i see are consistent like "negative space" and sort of "movement".(most people I see use it in regard to characters not so much landscape.)
    I wish we took the time to iron out the language because it feels like every space speaks a different language. like sure everyone in 1 studio or class could speak the same language understood through context but other people may not understand lmao 😅😂

      I mean, it makes sense for people outside of a class to not understand the language used. After all, that's what "learning" means.
      Negative space simply means "empty space around and between objects". Note that googling also helps a lot.

    What if you wanna have building to be that small? How do you change the rest to have building be this small?

    • @TylerEdlin84
      @TylerEdlin84  11 місяців тому +3

      The rest would have to flow really well to it and be balanced with a lot of subtly

      @@TylerEdlin84 Thank you! TBH i didnt expect an answer, since most creators dont do that. Even more so I appreciate the reply!
      So, clouds in a shape to flow toward it. Some lines i nthe sand or road to lead to it etc. If my understanding is correct. Thansk a lot.
