Idk man maybe reset PC and don't download anything shady from the internet and turn off hardware acceleration on google discord spotify and turn off Xbox game bar and turn on game mode and set priority of Fortnite as high and set power plan settings to high or ultimate

prob playing on dx11, switch to dx12 and it will be better
