I don't understand why it's necessary to pierce ears on a baby. I believe there should be a minimum age for ear piercings, just like there is for tattoos. I feel sorry for that little baby.

She will be in pain regardless and its unnecessary. It could result in an infection or her pulling them out. Just don't understand. I would honestly get it done right away! We waited until my daughter was 5 and she screamed and was scared every time we put new earrings in or to clean the holes earrs... As babies they will not remember.
