    I wanted to give you the feedback that your 10 minute workouts are just perfect for me. Since I've been unwell, I no longer have the stamina to do a longer workout and find that if I do 10 minutes 3 x's a day I'm able to get my fitness back without feeling overwhelmed with how far I have to go! There's that -- and there's the boredom factor. No getting bored when I have so many 10 minute workouts to choose from. Finally, and I don't mean to offend you, but I'm glad you're not a "young thing" (LOL) I can relate to you! Although I'm almost positive you're not anywhere near my age, you seem to have an understanding of my age that just isn't there with younger instructors. So.... bottom line. What's not to like about your classes! So glad I found you!
