I’m not 100% sure, but I think liberos are allowed to set for a spiker as long as it’s behind the ten foot line. I’m pretty sure it’s also okay if none of their body parts touch the area ahead of the ten foot line while they’re setting which is why he jumped while setting in one of the clips.
libero's are allowed to set in front of the ten foot line so long as their feet are not on the ground in front of the line, and they jumped over the line from behind the line

If they’re in front of the 3 meter line they cannot hand set. They can bump set from inside 3 meters and set however they’d like to from behind it 😁
