      have you ever been in a situation dealing with a mentally ill loved one? you ask stupid questions after seeing the mother distressed and helpless she obviously called for help as a last resort thinking they would take him to the hospital

    If you involve cops this would most likely happen in this situation. It is hard but parents should try to learn how to control the situation. Mental health hotline should be called once the situation is out of control and if this happens a lot than the child or Adult with mental health should stay in a boarding facility where they have trained staff. My heart goes out for this family 😢

    With non-lethal guns (pellets) and bean bag guns, police could have unloaded a few of those.
    It is strange because police kill a lot of suicidal individuals because they don’t want them to kill themselves.
    Not sure why we don’t have tranquilizers guns like we do for animals.
    This proves mental health professionals can’t handle the mentally ill if in a crisis threatening harm. Then mental health professionals called police and police killed him. The reason for the infield professionals was to lower police contact and deaths.
    I don’t know the answers, just thoughts.

      Mental Health personal on scene then called the LAPD when the guy got violent and tried to assault one of them, which makes sense because unsurprisingly, mental health experts can't deal with combative people.

    • @unlucky1370
      @unlucky1370 2 місяці тому +1

      Why? Per the video it mentioned that LAPD were called on scene because the guy was getting violent with them and the mental health experts are not trained to deal with fighting people.
