The music of this scene was amazing. It fit so perfectly as Lucian led the Lycan rebellion as their undisputed leader and deliverer. I have to believe the writers took inspiration from the classic movie Spartacus for at least part of Lucian's character.

Michael outplayed William cus william is more about instinct than strategy wherein Michael can think straight than william using his intellect rather than brute strength.

Lucian was THE First Lycan..technically a Human werewolf hybrid..with the ability to control his transformation as well as smart enough to lead the Horde..unlike the strain of William who were rampaging monsters without the ability to turn back to human form ever again..
If I’d put a list of best werewolf movies (even if there’s vampires in it) I’d put this 2nd. My 1st would have to be Dog Soldiers. If you haven’t seen it, oh man you gotta see it. It’s basically bad ass S.A.S. Special Ops soldiers vs Werewolves and they must survive until dawn. It’s insane. Third place is a tie between American Werewolf in London and Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman).

@@SethBrundleify in a behind the scenes they mentioned that lucian was supposed to be the one to kill viktor and that was supposed to almost kill both Michael and Selene and then lucian shoots him with a Uv bullet
I love this underworld francise. The only thing that i wish is that they should have made the vampire more stronger.. The lycans are over powered with no natural weakness.. The lycans before turing could even beat the vampires easily.. I hate that... Besides weak vampires , additional weakness to the sun...
