welcome to a NEW series on my channel - #almostadulting! this is a series i've been wanting to make for over a year and now it's finally come to life! in this video, i take you through a few typical and UNFILTERED days in my life from college days to cooking at home in the evening, also share more about how i'm taking care of myself after being sick .. a dedicated video to getting my life together next!!

A tip for measuring pasta that always works for me: add a little less pasta than you think you need. if you cook too little, you can always add more! and if you cook too much, dont mix all of it with the sauce. Mix how much you need and put the rest in the fridge for another time! Also great video as always!! 💞💗

Little tip for measuring pasta measure half of what you eat bc pasta doubles in size & if you do a full bowl it will be two portions not one x

as an italian, a portion of pasta for one person is between 90 and 120 grams, i usually just eye it based on the packaging size (say if the box is 500 grams i check if i got 1/5 of it more or less)

I am also in grad school and also have been struggling to have a work/life balance (more like I don't have a life and I am just constantly working). I am very much looking forward to seeing how you manage to juggle everything and hopefully I can implement some of the same practices ! Hopefully it gets better for both of us 🫶

For measuring pasta, I get the bowl or plate I'm gonna eat from and fill it half way for one portion. So if you wanted two portions, one bowl would be the right amount
The best way to do it all in college is by being friends with people who share your kind of dreams and discipline. Me and friends belong to same economic background and kinda same future goals so it was easy for me plan my studies , finances , fun and everything else. Friends indeed get u through school and college.

Hey Breanna❤️ Italian follower here! so with the pasta the average for person is 80-100 grams for a meal, since the pasta tends to expand while boiling, I recommend you don’t put too much of it❤️ also before putting it in the water remember to put salt and wait for the water to boil💗 love your videos and hope this helps youuu

Hi girl! Tip for the pasta as an Italian: measure it in a plate. You take a plate and you put penne or whatever in it to fill the base, that's a portion for 1! Love your content anyways:)
