I’m so happy for you!! It will change your life. I started in Oct 2021, I’m 53 now and found Lisa doing my research on carnivore - I googled “will I die if i don’t eat vegetables”. Lol. I’m not perfect I drink wine and coffee and the only veg I have is a few bites of Kim chi. My IBS is gone and no bloating. Life changing. You are worth it and you can do this!!!

I love what you were explaining about high contrast. I’ve never thought of that before. I have pale skin and dark hair but I love the look of an all monochrome off white outfit but when I wear that I feel blah I thought it was because I’m very short, I’m 5 feet tall and I feel invisable when I dress like that but now I’m thinking that it just doesn’t suit me because usually one of my favorite things to wear is black denim and a cream top, which is obviously high contrast. Also, I like to wear very light denim and a bright pink sweater or blouse one of my favorite things to wear and that’s also high contrast. So this explains so much. I love how it looks when I see someone dressed in all black, but when I wear that it just makes me feel kind of angry I think it’s because my dark hair against a black top just feels just too dark

HI Lisa,Ias a general rule, most blue eyed people are cool or neutral toned. You can't determine your tone by just eye color, or color of top of hand, it's more the color of your veins. If you think about it, you gravitate towards the colors black and white, which typically are in the cool coloring palettes. Many of your clothing pieces are cool toned. The folks telling you that you are wearing the wrong makeup aren't in your home, with your lighting, and what is shown on video is with artificial lighting, necessary for filming. Girl, it's your face, put on it what YOU like and are comfortable with!

Hey Lisa! I miss the lights from my Christmas tree as well. What I decided to do was buy a lite tree, a palm tree I chose. Some people keep their Christmas tree up all year and decor it with the current holiday theme, but that is not me. I love my palm trees! I want to ask you for your suggestions on having small hooded eyes and maybe you can do a video on that? I can't seem to do a wing liner which I love and I struggle doing a kitten wing. Double wear is still my favorite foundation. I like others as well (Light Wonder by Charlotte Tilbury, Aqualumiere by Chanel, CC cream by It Cosmetics, Eaze Drop by Fenty) but nothing really compares to Double wear. I just love how it’s transfer resistant and lasts the whole freaking day without moving! ❤

Lisa, I’ve been going down the seasonal color analysis rabbit hole and it will become all consuming. As a low contrast color type you are probably either a summer or spring and they’ll tell you not to wear black which you would hate!

Lisa, a similar nail color with dip/healthy nails or acrylics is 2 COATS of Funny Bunny and 1 COAT of Bubble Bath, and my other favorite which is very similar is "Lisbon wants Moor". You would like those!

Hey Lisa! I miss the lights from my Christmas tree as well. What I decided to do was buy a lite tree, a palm tree I chose. Some people keep their Christmas tree up all year and decor it with the current holiday theme, but that is not me. I love my palm trees! I want to ask you for your suggestions on having small hooded eyes and maybe you can do a video on that? I can't seem to do a wing liner which I love and I struggle doing a kitten wing. Can you think about that and maybe share suggestions. I have no clue what Kibby body type I am either, but it was fun! I love the adventure so don't be sorry. I like to use the Miracle Balm as an under eye base before concealer. It helps with the dryness.

Double wear is still my favorite foundation. I like others as well (Light Wonder by Charlotte Tilbury, Aqualumiere by Chanel, CC cream by It Cosmetics, Eaze Drop by Fenty) but nothing really compares to Double wear. I just love how it’s transfer resistant and lasts the whole freaking day without moving! ❤

Lisa, I’ve been going down the seasonal color analysis rabbit hole and it will become all consuming. As a low contrast color type you are probably either a summer or spring and they’ll tell you not to wear black which you would hate!
