I guess that i1600 cost less than i3200 and it’s a newer print head. But 1600 nozzles vs 3200 nozzles makes a diff on prints. But I feel you on keeping both. I have my 22 and 12 inch 2 head and we are running into the same situation with small transfers. However you can ask the manufacturer or try one that will make a bigger PET. I order 33 cm and I can do 12.5. So instead of 60 cm get 63 cm or run with no guards on the side😢 Long reply but I use a huge filtration system that can do two printers at the same time. The PM2.5 levels is what you have to watch. Also will you be doing custom ICC to color match the Ricoma?
You have to do what works best for your shop and your situation. I would much rather have both so I can run separate jobs at the same time.
Heard a story where this guy got cancer from specifically DTF printers. Just not worth it.
everybody scared of that powder now i just got a dtf setup and scared to turn it on 3yrs is all it took. im waiting on the new powderless white adhesive.
Why, just put in a respirator and some goggles. Easy fix.
@@adubbproductions i thought about that but all tne new dtf machine dryers are bullet proof no body is sniffing the powder it reminds me of asbestos.

How much space would you need to have the DTF printer along with the Miro 13?
It doesn’t take up to much pace i would say about the space of a full bed to be on the safe size. Little wider than a twin bed but about the same length. I’m gonna have a video with the measurements coming up towards the end of the week.

@@adubbproductions I’ve been thinking on purchasing the R2, be honest how good it’s the machine, we are just starting.
I got the a3+ and my capping station clogged I had to take the whole thing apart to clear the clog .
I'm a fan of your UA-cam channel. I'm curious, can your dtf machine print images of persons onto shirts? If so will it be high quality?
It can print hight quality images of people onto a film that you can press onto a shirt yes. As long as the artwork is high quality it can print it out looking great.

Are the prestige R2 pro dtf and shaker noisy? Im worries it will upset my neighbours as im putting it in the garage.
It’s not that bad at all. You should definitely go check out a trade show to be sure. I don’t think it’s loud at all though.
Does it have instructions on what to do when you can't do the maintenance for over a week? I travel often. Thanks for sharing the information 😊
They recommend wet capping the printer if you will be away for over 4 days.
