Quick look at Pinball FX running on the ALP 4K. Also take a look at the settings for JoyToKey, Visual Pinball, and Pinup Popper that I'm using with OTG.
I'm not impressed with Pinball FX so far. I have to run it at the lowest settings AND reduce resolution to 80% just to make it run well on my RTX 2080 Super. Pinball FX3 runs like a champ and is smooth as silk at highest settings.
@@DannyWelch Agreed. I don't have settings bumped all the way down but I did turn down shadow quality and anti aliasing to get better performance. FX3 is all around better including the physics.

I would like to buy a virtual pinball machine and I see that you have both the Legend model and the Legend 4k. in Europe 4K costs twice as much as the other one due to customs duties problems, I think. I wanted your advice on both pinball machines and whether classic pinball tables can be installed. Maybe you've already talked about it in your video, but since I don't understand the language, I'd be happy to hear your written response that I can translate. thank you with all my heart
The exciter feedback in the control deck is good. I think they've beefed up the size of them, because even at 40%, it's really noticeable. I have to turn the solenoids off though, because they are quite loud. They do sound good, if you're running the machine at higher volumes, but it'd drive my wife bananas, so I turn 'em off.
When I tried Playing fx3 thru steam using joy2key my flippers had a mind of their own. Laggy, getting stuck, or not working at all. People told me it's from joy2key. So why is joy2key working on yours and not mine? Also, there are zero tutorials on setting up pinup popper on the Addams family pinball. Sucks because I just bought a pc just for otg mode and can't find a good tutorial.
I'm seeing no problems at all with it in my setup. I'd say download the latest version and give it another try. As for Pinup Popper tutorials, I followed the excellent one from RudysArcade titled "Virtual Pinball in 2024". ua-cam.com/video/yIsowrFRoWg/v-deo.html
@DannyWelch thanks for the link. Ya I was using the latest version of joy2key. When you set your 3 screens up did you leave them all set to 1080p and let pinup popper installer change it to 4k?
@@TheBigb1973 No, I configured all of my displays first. Playfield 3840x2160, Backglass and DMD 1920x1080... double check to make sure all of them are set to 60Hz in the advanced settings. Then run Baller Installer.

Pinball FX3 on the 4k playfield is stunning. I almost prefer how that looks to the new Pinball FX.

Sorry for the wonky auto-focus while showing the various setting screens. Phone camera was definitely struggling with that one.
Did you ever get the Atgames pinball control panel? If so did you ever map the joystick?

for some reason my 4k is not reading my usb cable, same cable I used on my high def machine... uggg
Bah! Someone mentioned trying to add a powered USB hub in between the cab and PC. I'm not using one, but worth a shot, if you have one handy.
