    Thanks so much for the history lesson. I love the production quality and short videos that are easy to digest.
    I have one small request, which is for more vocabulary in action videos. They are very helpful for daily activities.
    Огромное спасибо!

      If I understood correctly what you need, then... But you won’t find it in Russia. He's a little out of place. *Ugorsky tract (Hungarian tract) is a chronicle tract on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Pechersky district of Kyiv, not far from Lipki. Location of Askold's grave.* And the source where this is written about this *Primary Chronicle* (The Tale of Bygone Years) called. I would give a link to it, but UA-cam deletes comments with links. It says this there, translated into modern Russian: *«Per year 6406 (898). The Ugrians (Hungarians) walked past Kyiv along the mountain, which is now called the Ugrian Mountain, and came to the Dnieper, and became vezhas: they walked the same way as the Polovtsy now. And, coming from the east, they rushed through the great mountains, which were called Ugric, and began to fight against the Volokhs and Slavs who lived there. After all, the Slavs sat here before, and then the Voloks captured the Slavic land. And after the Ugrians drove out the Magi, inherited that land and settled with the Slavs, subduing them; and from then on the land was nicknamed Ugric».* If you asked about this of course. I can also cite a specific moment about Oleg and Askold with Dir, which was mentioned in the video. If you need it too. I hope I helped in any way I could.

    The Middle Ages were quite brutal. Actually even the twentieth century was horrible too. Yikes. Hopefully humans will settle down for a while.

    Moscovia has the same connection to The Rus as Romania to Roman Empire. Modern Russia is NOT an incestor of Rus. They are NOT even the slavs - they are much closer to Hungarians and finnish people. This is very popular and common mistake.

    *You told a propaganda. Rus (Kyivan Rus) was only Ukrainian country with capital Kyiv. Novgorod was not a capital of Rus! Moscow is a capital of the Ugro-finnish (not Slavic) Russia. Moscow was created in period of 1259-1272 by the Mongol Khan Mengu-Timur (Khan of the Golden Horde), and Moscovia (the modern Russia) as an ulus of Golden Horde was created in 1277 by the same Khan. Kremlin from Turkic means a fortess. Then Russia was a vassal of the Crimean Khanate until 1700. That year Russia appeared as an independent country for the first time in history. So, Russia is a predecessor of Golden Horde. These all true facts are based on the historical documents.*

    • @RealRussianClub
      @RealRussianClub  3 роки тому +1

      it would be cool if you left links to the documents you’re mentioning, and also explain why you trust them

    • @RealRussianClub
      @RealRussianClub  3 роки тому +1

      but I have a suspicion where those documents come from😂 btw if you hate Russia and the Russian language so much, why are you spending time on my channel?
