I Made 100 Players Simulate WAR in Minecraft...

- Imagine if a modern war was recreated in Minecraft, with guns, vehicles, rebel factions, and 100 players split into three different nations. We created a public server with a giant war-torn map, and split players into three teams with unique abilities. Their mission is to build a base, and defeat the other teams in a devastating war. They’ll also have to survive several world events, like rebel invasions, the trials of winter, and deadly radiation poisoning from a nuclear bunker. Players are also set to harcore mode, so once they die, their nations will have to soldier on without them. Which nation will gather the most advanced weapons and come out on top? Find out as 100 Players simulate the story of Minecraft’s WAR!

I signed up for the event but wasn't even able to participate because I was busy that day. At least my best friend, sunfire, was able to. I can't believe they thought he was a spy lol.

The ending was the best. Half a heart, outnumber, and with only one single rocket against a moving target. FlushGun deserve to win.

I am really happy to have been a part of this event. From being a farmer to the guy who struck my foes down with a nuke and a rocket launcher, it was truly a great time. Long live the legacy of Stormrun!!!

I love civilization events, and this one being very unique makes me think there should be more civilization events with custom weapons

That last half a heart aquaria soldier was a legend mate. Don’t get me wrong like I wanted almighty toast to win. But half a heart solider guy deserved that win, if it wasn’t for his amazing shot then he’d be a goner. Literally all hands to him, he deserved that. He managed to survived and with his salvaged half a heart he managed to take out an enemy plane and win for his team

maybe they didnt have exactly 100 for some odd reason or yeah some teams could be at a small disadvantage
33 people on each team, only one person extra but most people died at the start anyway.

Great video, great event and great war. But I am really disappointed in Aquaria's failure to mobilize forces onto their archipelago biome and their missed opportunity to lay out for a siege using the winter's cover on Northguard. To conclude, while disregarding the strategical and satisfying plays missed, I very much loved this event, even though I was only a viewer of this amazing video.
Imagine you did this with thousands of players in a recreation of the world map, that would be really awsome

Northguard, Stormrun, and Aquaria sound like faction names that would be in an Elder Scrolls game
Consider the electrodynamics icbm mods and their set of mods inspired by old voltz. They are far superior for this kind of theme compared to what you used and would be extremely enjoyable to watch. Just thought I'd say it as you may not be aware these are now maintained again and work for modern minecraft :]

storm run is my fav. but for some reason stormrun should make an underground base and making traps outside and making artillery on top of the hills and a protective wall that has barb wires

There is a discord where they announce videos that would involve fans but it is still very rare they do. The discord was the first place that they told people about this event way back in August. Then 3 weeks LoreCraft later Princess Hana, MaxCraft, and Bronzo to make post about this event to bring their fans in.

Tactically, being based in the plains is both a gift and a curse, being attacked is easy to defend, and to be killed.
Surprised no one tried to capture the rebel npcs and use them as defenses at the decoy base

I love the accurate gun models. They're all WW2 era guns, all german besides the shotgun, so that's pretty sick. Maybe this little conflict was a side effect of World War 2?

I feel like 100 players isnt really enough, it gives too much importance to each soldier and makes the battles a bit less chaotic

You know I just realized this is unrelated to this story I but I love them the icon for the seeing in the dark effect is like a little eye never noticed
if i was a member of one of the teams id try to implement an ideology into my team, such as autocracy with fascism or nazism where we would stand as one and put most efforts into military equipment, we may also have a national socialist party inside of our fraction, such as NSMAP - Nationalsozialistische Minecraft Arbeiterpartei, or the same but for english, NSMWP - national socialist minecraft worker's party. The symbology would stay with the historical substitute as well as the beliefs. Other fractions could adapt other ideologies like order and freedom, with communism and democracy but minecraft themed

I was surprised when North guard lost they had natural defenses and if they stayed together they could have won

I tried to be a team player with stormrun but we were weaker than every other team when it came to vehicles and numbers so that's why me and ksherettz tried our best at the end to avenge the members we lost. I do hope you atleast enjoyed the video

If 100 are divided into 3 teams/coalitions here are the numbers for it:
25+25=50 50+50=100 so the first team and second team/coalition will both have 25 players

“Nuclear bunker” Shows above ground, wooden, hut with glass. That would not survive a nuke, let alone a bomb.
