I’m in CA, and do real estate. So good that you didn’t waive the inspection! I’d never advise someone to waive it unless you are an investor who is tearing it apart anyways! You just never know what issues could be lurking underneath! So happy for you both that you ended up with something you truly love!

What a process!! I think all of us who bought a home this year can all agree how stressful but worth it this process is. We just bought our home August of this year and it’s been a beautiful journey. So many new things to learn about the septic and town water versus wells. So happy for you ❤
