Love the noise of the gazelle, always been my favourite helicopter. Especially after they used it for blue thunder. Will be missed
remember watching the 705 Squadron Shark display team back in the 70s @ RNAS Culdrose... always seemed ahead of their time design-wise, Sorry to see them go

Nice coverage. Small point. One of the commentators mentioned them running the APU; the gazelle doesn’t have an APU. They start the engine with the rotor disengaged.

@@HeliNerd1701My ex boss owned a couple of them. Both ex navy. I got to go up in one once and loved it. If you look up Falcon Aviation the red and white gazelle on their site could very well be the same one I flew in. Cause at the time they had a workshop on his farm.
I wonder if any went to Ukraine. A few Sea kings did I believe. There is definitely a civilian market for these though.
