Andrew, It would seem that the script is not running correctly. Google search for Vray for Rhino SafeFrame and see if you can find a newer/older version of the script.

I turned upside down and inside out the options, but I seem not able to find the solution... :( Thank you :)

I did try PerspectiveMatch but it relies on modeling reference material accurately, which often cannot be done. This way works best for me.
