Hi All, well I haven't had one of these on the channel before so why not go for it. This is an in the weeds kinds of look at set up. Not just a quick run through. Which applies to all electric guitars so it should be relevant even if you don't a Pacifica.

For the non wound strings I put the string through then pull it up toward the end of the headstock and round then under the string so when you turn the tuner the string locks itself.
Sounds like it has a metric radius which makes sense being Japanese

That’s what I did with the non wound strings. I just do on the run but it’s the same thing. Thanks for joining in Neil.

Good clean video! I did see "Text here" come across one part of the video. LOL! Bet you did that to see if people are watching the whole video! LOL!
There are some things you did that I do different. But that is what we do... We can't all do the same thing. LOL!

Im looking to buy a Pacifica 612 and noticed that the string the client brought in were 10-46s, I heard Pacificas come with 9-42s from the factory. Do the thicker strings work fine with the nut and everthing? Also what do you think of the model as a whole?

They'll prolly be fine, factory slots are usually a little bigger.
