Playing Lithuania and going fully historical while trying to survive is VERY fun. So is going Democratic and trying to keep all the Baltics alive. Fascist path is good too, albeit I don't do it as much as others. PLC feels too easy for me sadly.
I find it pretty funny how the Hoi4 devs spent more time on making expansive historical routes than the eu4 devs (back when Lithuania was the Grand Duchy in the 1400s)

State with the id 85(Danzig) is *not* owned or controlled by poland, so when you annex poland as lithuania, that focus gets bypassed now you might be asking why am i saying this if the main focus is that germany goes at war with france and the benelux before annexing czechoslovakia, well you see, after the danzig or war focus there is the "Around maginot" and "War with france" focus, in the german AI strategy plan file(on HOI4 > Common > Ai_Strategy_Plans > Ger.txt) we can see that the Around Maginot focus is the first on the list, making germany pick that focus instead of any other one(Now, why he goes at war with france is probable that one of the benelux countries had a French or British guarentee, making germany go at war with the allies) Quick answer: Germany went at war with the allies because you annexed poland and that let Germany do the focus "Around the Maginot"(Which AI is told to do first than any other focus) I hope i helped ;)
Had a good time last time I played Lithuania. It's funny because you can form the united Baltic state, and get all those cores, then turn around and become Poland-lithuania and core all of that. Giving you a fucking massive economy.
To do the shaken not stirred achievement it's best to do as Manchukuo with a Japan that did the Communist path since they have majority Fascist support.
Estonia is the best one for the "It has my name in it" because they get war goals to all scandinavian states and they also get to core them, to do so, go Fascist but just don't go for Estonia-Finland, and choose the other focus to create the faction, get all the wargoals and declare all 3 before capping anyone, then you can proceed to capping them and when you do the focus to unite scandinavia, Finland will get annexed. After this get ready for the USSR, they are pretty easy to beat alone, when the USSR is kil go after germany and take the coastline. DO NOT ASK POLAND for MIL ACCESS OR THEY WILL GET DANZIG AND GDYNIA BACK BTW this also unlocks the achievement "Esti is scandi" so you kill 2 birds in one shot
one of the reason why you aren't getting the achievement may be because of the game version, someone set their game back to an earlier version and was able to get it?

You should consider playing Hoi4 with the "Better Mechanics : Frontline AI | Updated" mod. It will make the ai play competently. Use the "AI divisions" mod that is made by the same developer, it makes the AI make better divisions.

It works on any version before BBA/avalanche, so every version from 1.9.x to 1.11.x should be fine.
