I had been lazy, short-tempered and drained every minute back them. In accordance with my medical doctor, I got fatty liver, that was an ailment I haven`t heard since. It's kinda in reverse. You develop insulin and leptin resistance from the fatty liver and other organs covered in fat. Insulin resistance doesn't lead to increased lipolysis, it's the complete opposite, it leads to more of deliponovogenesis in the body (fat making). This is why everyone who's above 20% body fat percentage pretty much have insulin resistance accompanied with leptin resistance. And that's why it's so easy for them to get fatter.
Lovely explanation, I hate it when other people do this whole alcohol causes fatty liver disease, without explaining anything. They just skip to the result without explaining the process, when the process is the important bit.

I am starting to love these videos. Can someone explain or breakdown how INSULIN prevents the adipose from storing fat, but if the adipose are IR, then the adipose refuses to store the fat, and instead fatty acids go up in the blood, where they are taken by hepatocytes, which then stores them as fat in the liver? Did I get that right? Thanks.
I am very fortunate to have found your video, I am taking some classes on this subject and I am looking for all the information about the different perspectives from different people that I can. There is so much information on the liver and the way it functions and how what you put in your body is metabolized in your liver including prescription drugs. I have found so much conflicting information on the effects of statins, natural dietary supplements and foods that have been proven to be the most important part of a healthy diet that I have been overwhelmed with my research. I may just have to write a thesis on the subject of the different theories and studies that have been done. There is very differing views and opinions depending on where the person was educated , the country they went to medical school in and if they were taught natural medicine as an alternative to the pharmaceutical drugs that are pushed by their educators in a few countries such as the United States for the ability for profit potential in their future medical practices that require the patients to return to the medical office on a regular basis to get the prescription drugs refilled and allow the medical practice to create a reoccurring revenue stream.

Regarding my theory of cancer being structural perfused glue when cells are dying too quickly: interestingly liver cirrhosis is the case when liver cells die due to toxicity, but the liver cells being unique in how quickly they can grow and regenerate, liver failure results from too much scar tissue from all the die off. Conversely, in liver cancer, the toxicity presumably is so great that hepatocytes cannot keep up with outgrowing cell death so that only cancer cells will do the trick.
What I don't understand from a pathology perspective is, can say, oils you put in your hair, does that cross the blood brain barrier and get processed by the liver?
Great video, I was just diagnosed with NASH and have been taking Xeljanz for Ulcerative Colitis. Do you know of any drug interactions that may cause NASH?
@Mouril Shah. There are dificulties in each of the studies noted. I read the cited article for the first study, and for the second, I went on from the abstract to read the published study. The diets and animals studied were disclosed in the second study. In that study, mice were used, and although I have heard a little about mouse dietary needs and metabolism, I am unable to comment helpfully on tha issue, or its relevance to humans. Additionally, the characterization of the diet as high fat is somewhat misleading, particularly with regard to the presence of a lower but significant amount of carbohydrates as well. This is important in light of concerns that the combination of carbohydrates and fat may be particularly deleterious. As I am not a nutritional biochemist or specialist researcher, I would refer you to videos of Robert Lustig MD, Stephen Phinney MD PhD, and Gobor Erdosi for starters.

So I've ended up with a diagnosis of NAFLD after having my gallbladder removed and my liver disected from my duodenum (not sure how they got glued together? previous abdominal surgery??) As an anaesthetic nurse I've always tried to be healthy, never drinking alcohol or if I did only on holidays abroad as I was" on call" for emergency surgery, during most of my working week. I'm luck there is no scarring and to have a colleague who's a Professor in bariatric surgery from gastric banding to bypass care for me. My weights only ever fluctuated since menopause and not to the obese level's. I've mainly managed to keep my weight down to being perhaps a stone overweight. I'm vegetarian that doesn't eat fish/seafood (can't get my head round why people think that fish or seafood dosen't count as being alive???) So the thing that's given me the fatty liver is fruit juice - I went through a phase a few years ago drinking ton's of mango juice, never realising that it was damaging my liver- also I'm a non smoker. WE health professionals really need to re-educate the public on the damages done by eating and drinking what we assume is healthy!! I know that bottle water can be dangerous for someone with high blood pressure because some of the levels of sodium/saline both = salty water can be dangerously high in salts. One only needs 18 tiny grains of salt per day to live, unless your stuck in the middle of a dessert somewhere the temperatures are above 35 deg when you REALLY do need the extra salt to replace whats lost through perspiration.
Hi.. You talked about liver capacity.. I was wondering if we can measure this capacity with something.. Like total liver metabolism rate.. Or total amount of fatty acids the liver can handle per something...
Thank you for the encouragement! I made this video at a viewer's request and I wasn't sure what depth of information to put. I ended up trying to keep it very simple. I'm glad you found the information helpful. Please let me know if there are additional video topics you would like me to make.

Our libertarian society has allowed government to do that with alcohol and other chemicals in the food supply. Doctors need to be vocal about this. The average person in America, chasing their ad-driven dreams of a good life, suffers from rational ignorance about food aditives, has little option for better food stuff on a budget, has no time to off set their low aerobic activity levels from their better paying office job (coding no doubt). And is systematically killing themselves and teaching their kids to do the same.
I started taking the medication I bought from DOCTOR OKUNABA channel on UA-cam and surprisingly it was working gradually & in 9days everything changed, I'm utterly Excited because you cured my liver disease Naturally & I pray that God Strengthens you Doctor Okunaba

Last evening I took melatonin gummies. Internally things did not go well. I just looked at the bottle to see the #1 ingredient in the gummies is glucose. Sigh.... Thank you for these informative videos.
Fatty Liver Diseases . Caused by drugs, alcohol, and bad diet. Simple Steatosis = Fat accumulation & peri-venular fibrosis. . Nuclei are squashed at corner if cell instead of comfortably in centre. Fat macro vesicles are visible. . Continued bad habits result in inflammation (Steato-hepatitis = fatty liver disease): liver cell necrosis results in inflammation, Mallory body formation, fibrosis. Blood levels of liver enzymes become elevated. Collagen fibres (scarring) replace the necrotised cells, making liver stiff, and decreases it's function. **Caffeine decreased scar formation. Fibros-scan (special kind of ultrasound) will indicate degree of steatosis and level of scarring . Continued damage results in Liver cirrhosis. Fibrosis. Hyperplastic nodule formation. Shrunken liver overall. . **Steatosis and hepato-steatitis are reversible, but cirrhosis is not. . Rate of fatty acid input (uptake + synthesis within liver) to liver > fatty acid output (FA oxidation + lipid secretion via VLDLs out of liver) from liver => steatosis. . Steatosis: Hepatocyte takes in excessive lipids. Hepatic lipase breaks TAGs into fatty acids. Within blood plasma, lipoprotein containing TAGs + protein are floating about. Hormone Sensitive Lipase hydrolases TAGs to form Free FAs which are uptaken into hepatocyte. In normal conditions, hepatocyte resynthesises TAGs from these FFAs, or breaks then down in FA oxidation. In steatosis, FFAs are synthed into TAGs to an excessive extent. . Adipose tissue transports FAs in lipoproteins which are broken down into FFAs which are taken up into the liver. . Dietary fat and glucose and ethanol all contribute to FFA development and synthesis, resulting to excessive TAG synth in liver forming lipid venules (rather than FFAs being oxidised). Excess energy (high FAs or Glucose) is detected by Peroxisome Proliferative Activator Receptor alpha (PPAR alpha) which is a nuclear receptor protein. On detecting high FAs or Glucose, it will increase Beta oxidation of FAs to rid ourselves of excess fat. If PPAR alpha is defective in sensing, FAs accumulate in liver. PPAR gamma stimulates decreased fat oxidation causing steatosis. ...................... Fatty Liver Diseases can be Alcoholic or Non-alcoholic: Alcoholic: Ethanol =Alcohol DeHydrogenase=> Acetyl Aldehyde =Aldehyde DeHydrogenase=> Acetic acid => Acetyl CoA *Withbeach reaction, NAD+ is reduced to NADH Acetyl CoA can be used to synthesis FAs within the liver. Excess FAs result in excess TAG synth in liver. . Hepatocellular steatosis results form excess NADH (causing shunting of normal substrates from metabolism into FA synth. High NADH tells body to make FAs) . Impaired assembly and secretion of lipoproteins in liver. Peripheral catabolism of fat. .. Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (diet induced) High intakenof dietary fat, Fructose can cause it. (fructose enters many pathways to produce Phosphatidic acids or Acetyl CoA which are used to make TAGs) High fat uptake, reduced fat secretion, increased fat storage, reduced lipoprotein secretion in liver will raise Fat content of hepatocytes. ... Metabolic Syndrome (non -alcoholic fatty liver disease) Caused by any 3 of the 5 following: Central Obesity, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance
Great work Dr igho you are a true definition of a well honoured herbal doctor, i wonder what might have become of me, it I hadn't come across your UA-cam channel, Thank you for curing me off my disease with your Herbal medication, God bless you Sir.
Don't consume fructose that's found in processed sugar, or fructose syrup that's found in many processed foods. And then delay breakfast when you wake up for as long as possible. The longer you fast, the better, as when you're fasting, that's when you run out of glycogen and your body has to break down triglycerides (fats) to supply your body with energy. And your body prioritizes using visceral fat first, before going into the adipose cells. That means it prioritizes using fat from your liver first.
Brilliant! This is the first time I have seen someone explaining what is actually happening with the cells in the liver when they become fatty. Thank you!

how about belly fat/overweight, where is comes from?the proccess?

The average person in America, chasing their ad-driven dreams of a good life, suffers from rational ignorance about food aditives, has little option for better food stuff on a budget, has no time to off set their low aerobic activity levels from their better paying office job (coding no doubt). And is systematically killing themselves and teaching their kids to do the same.
i love you haha. great info you explain stuff well.. deff subbed
very helpful explanantion
,,,oohh,,,great info,,,,thanks madam....
Love your video. Thank You!

Great graphics.
You should teach medicine.
I started taking the medication I bought from DOCTOR OKUNABA channel on UA-cam and surprisingly it was working gradually & in 9days everything changed, I'm utterly Excited because you cured my liver disease Naturally & I pray that God Strengthens you Doctor Okunaba
How to reverse insulin resistance please?
Thanks for the Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about - Millawdon Fatty Liver Trick (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for learn how to reverse fatty liver minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got excellent success with it.
Last evening I took melatonin gummies. Internally things did not go well. I just looked at the bottle to see the #1 ingredient in the gummies is glucose. Sigh....
Thank you for these informative videos.

Fatty Liver Diseases
.
Caused by drugs, alcohol, and bad diet.
Simple Steatosis = Fat accumulation & peri-venular fibrosis.
. Nuclei are squashed at corner if cell instead of comfortably in centre. Fat macro vesicles are visible.
.
Continued bad habits result in inflammation (Steato-hepatitis = fatty liver disease): liver cell necrosis results in inflammation, Mallory body formation, fibrosis.
Blood levels of liver enzymes become elevated.
Collagen fibres (scarring) replace the necrotised cells, making liver stiff, and decreases it's function. **Caffeine decreased scar formation.
Fibros-scan (special kind of ultrasound) will indicate degree of steatosis and level of scarring
.
Continued damage results in Liver cirrhosis. Fibrosis. Hyperplastic nodule formation. Shrunken liver overall.
.
**Steatosis and hepato-steatitis are reversible, but cirrhosis is not.
.
Rate of fatty acid input (uptake + synthesis within liver) to liver > fatty acid output (FA oxidation + lipid secretion via VLDLs out of liver) from liver => steatosis.
.
Steatosis:
Hepatocyte takes in excessive lipids.

Fatty Liver Diseases can be Alcoholic or Non-alcoholic:
Alcoholic:
Ethanol =Alcohol DeHydrogenase=> Acetyl Aldehyde =Aldehyde DeHydrogenase=> Acetic acid => Acetyl CoA
*Withbeach reaction, NAD+ is reduced to NADH
Acetyl CoA can be used to synthesis FAs within the liver. Excess FAs result in excess TAG synth in liver.
.
Hepatocellular steatosis results form excess NADH (causing shunting of normal substrates from metabolism into FA synth. High NADH tells body to make FAs)
.
Impaired assembly and secretion of lipoproteins in liver.
Peripheral catabolism of fat.
..
Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (diet induced)
High intakenof dietary fat, Fructose can cause it. (fructose enters many pathways to produce Phosphatidic acids or Acetyl CoA which are used to make TAGs)
High fat uptake, reduced fat secretion, increased fat storage, reduced lipoprotein secretion in liver will raise Fat content of hepatocytes.
...
Metabolic Syndrome (non -alcoholic fatty liver disease)
Caused by any 3 of the 5 following:
Central Obesity, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance

Great work Dr igho you are a true definition of a well honoured herbal doctor, i wonder what might have become of me, it I hadn't come across your UA-cam channel, Thank you for curing me off my disease with your Herbal medication, God bless you Sir.
Thanks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing!
How to remove nafl?
Sid Michael Fajardo diet, change your diet.
