India’s external affairs ministry reacted on Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s alleged assassination plot in which an indictment filed in New York Court that charges Indian National Nikhil Gupta and one Indian Government Employee for murder for fire. Ministry of external affairs says that India has got consular access of Nikhil Gupta at least 3 times, who is currently languishing in Parague jail pending extradition to US. MEA Spokesperson Arindam Baghchi said that Indian is providing consular help whatever he is demanding in Czech Republic. A few days back family of Nikhil Gupta moved supreme court with a heabeas corpus plea.
