i dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can offer me.

I'm not sure if Mo.Elsh's new play style is suiting him. He went from extremely fast paced to really slow rally's. His opponents can manage much easier.
its getting too annoying day by day to watch elshorbagy play with all those screaming, shouting, yelling after almost every rally that too at your opponent hitting a tin or making a silly error. whenever his opponent outplays him he resorts to these cheap tactics. i haven't seen a world no.1 in any other sport behave in this manner infact the other squash top 10 don't do that. agreed that he is a adrenaline player but from a viewer perspective it shows his desperation to anyhow win the match. disappointed!
I don't think it's "cheap tactics". For some players (like myself) it's a natural reaction to shout after winning a point, especially if it's an important one. I agree it doesn't look good shouting after an opponent's unforced error but if you hit some good shots in the rally I think you've earned that right.
Vivek Dubey Shorbagy is so freaking annoying with his incessant screaming. Personally I think he does it to get under his opponent's skin. He's such a poor role model for the sport. Look forward to him fading away.
