I did a Instagram and FB competition to promote my business page, and I can honestly say I WILL NEVER EVER DO THAT AGAIN. The amount of effort that went into to writing down every single name was exhausting, and there was like only a few hundred, and there was MOST LIKELY a few that I double captured. There is no way that someone with Thousands of likes and tags would be able to that fairly... Poor girl. :( PS! Your hair looks amazing!

I was *unfortunately* in an MLM at one point 😅😅😅 yes, judge away, the 20s are a dumb time. However, the one thing I will give my team/girls I worked with, was that during contests where there were sometimes upwards of 10k entries, was that the all got entered with a number. At the drawing, my team leader would screenshare her computer and open and random number generator, input to choose a number between '0-X amount of entries', and then let the generator pick a winner. It worked really well as a way to show that the contest was legitimate and that a winner WAS in fact not just nepotism at work. Lol

my moms a dietitian who does floral arrangements on the SIDE and she’s been asked so many time to do the arrangements for free. she works 60-80 hours a week and arrangements take so much time plus flowers are expensive

We do giveaways in social media for work and you can basically use websites where you can select multiple posts from multiple social media platforms to be included in a single draw which you can remove duplicate entries if you like and have the number of winners you want. The fact however that both winners where somehow related to her just shows she never did the draw.

Here’s the thing about that, I’m a huge animal lover but currently any manufactured “vegan” shoes are made of plastic. One pair of good leather shoes can last a lifetime while shoes made out of plastic will last only a couple of years. The other huge problem is obviously decomposition, leather can take up to 50 years to biodegrade while plastic takes 450 years. While I agree with you morally, in terms of being eco friendly not so much.
