this song is VASTLY under rated.
they EFFORTLESSLY mixed like 5 genres of music into one. This band is one of the most exciting things to happen to the visual kei scene in a long time.
I'm always very excited when they release a new song.
I am completely blown away at the musical mastery behind this song- it's so nostalgic and calming at first, then it breaks into such an intense and more meaningful song- plus, the fishnet on the face is something I enjoy seeing! When BatAAr did it for their song DEVOUR I felt great knowing it wasn't a dead item!!
welcome to VK, just discovered it myself few days ago (though ive been listening to some bands for years without realizing). The Japanese aren't scared at all to mix sub/genres together compared to the western bands. it's so refreshing to listen to.

@@Velakor9150 Yes, agree. I used to be into VK long time ago until all my fav bands got disbanded. One of the unnusual band i used to listen was Fear and loating from las vegas, in that time was really strange listen electro/screamo on visual kei lol
They only care about make music (no matter what genre) and looking good :p
Actually i only listen to Deviloof because they are sick!
I use to listen to VK over 10 years ago but stopped and I'm absolutely blown away by the newer stuff

I got confused about the style of song i was listening too a jazz song, ballad or deathcore song and i have to say its brilliantly crafted DimLim really experimented on this track the chorus is great
DIMLIM's main influence is Dir en Grey.

このMVのボーカルさんのビジュはV系の歴史の中でもトップクラスだ。
そして楽曲がすーんごく良い今日一日中聴いてます
凄く素晴らしい曲。陽と陰が、同居している。一聴すると楽器がバラバラで同じ旋律を弾いてない感じがするが、ジャズの様に見事に調和する。そこにエモい怪物Vocal
が縦横無尽に走り回る。
凄いバンド。

Dir en greyも出だしは完全に黒夢の二番煎じだったし、かなりの短期間でこのVanitasのレベルはもしかしたらディルよりも早い進化と成長を遂げる可能性もあるしなｗ

ロックバンドの彼らは堅苦しい感じがあるけど、この時の彼らは全てを解放していて輝いて見える。
イントロ～序盤で違うバンドの曲再生したかな？ってなってから入ってくるシャウトと刻みの安心感よ
曲凝ってるけどメインコンポーザー抜けてここまでのもの作れるようになるもんなんだな…
Great dynamic contrast, nicely structured song with a good amount of different styles mixed in there (jazz/funk/metal...etc) can’t stop listening to this one!

DIMLIM is a very underrated band. Their music is always on point. Seriously, I'm sure that they never had a band song. Like WHY THIS BAND IS NOT FAMOUS??? They're amazing and UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!!!!

This is the kind of music that is perfect in my opinion. It's very catchy but extremely technical. It's very math rock with a djent break. One of a kind style of music that I'd love to hear more of.

THAT SCREAM OMG! I think this is a rather refreshing sound from them. it's heavy like their usual stuff in the middle, but the intro, outro and the whole feeling of the song stand out the most!

This stylistic mash up is so fresh and amazing. The melody lines, jazzy guitar phrasing, menacing deathcore moments, all create a new take on the VK genre that breathes life into the scene that has become somewhat stale. Well done DIMLIM.

昔も今もあるバンドが流行れば似たような音楽性のバンドが増えるのは商業音楽では当たり前。
Dir en greyをデビュー時から聴いていた世代からしたらDirの音楽性がスダンダードになって来た事が恐ろしも感じます。
昔ならアングラ(アンダーグラウンド)だったのに。
似たような音楽性でもアレンジ、世界観、プレイ細かく聴いていくと面白いろいくら個性を感じます。
2番手になるとパクリと呼ばれる世の中ですが良いものは継続し、支持されていく。
ただそれだけの事。

Love this band, I feel/hear a little DEG influence, yet also other influences.. their guitar/bass skills are mad.. and he has a vocal style like Kyo, and he can actually pull it off. Theres nothing wrong with that either.. Someone needs to provide us with these skills and entertainment one day when DEG are not touring one day anymore..
