He moved his legs in agony, then I noticed his foot was cut off 😬. All traffic was stopped, and as I was turning back to my car, I noticed ppl recording this guy with phones 🤬. Even ppl walking out to it with little kids, I said, “you don’t want to see that!” And they still went with their kids. Later that night, I saw on the news, the guy didn’t make it 😢.
