  • The orange springs in the thumbnail are actually from a future video. Spoiler alert: I had to buy new springs.

Do you remember who you contacted to get the kit? Really interested in getting one. Also curious how much it cost. Thanks for any info.

Hi, you have now professional lifting kit (coilovers), your juke is a monster now :) , I have few questions if you could anser ,that I will be glad :)
1- How many cm or inches did it lift the car from ground after montaged the coilovers from front and rear ?
2- and what is the max lifting height which you will be able to have with this coilovers?
3- Did you have to re-settings for the front and rear suspension angles (camber) after montaged ?
Thank you for the video :)

By the end of this video, I had it at about 1.5 inches in the front, and 1.75 inches in the back.
When I swapped in taller front springs I was able to get it to 2.5 inches, I still haven't put in my new rear springs yet, but it should take it to at least 2.5 inches or more.
The camber in the front took a few tries to get right, but I was able to get it set properly. I would still recommend getting it adjusted by a professional alignment shop though.

@@jaxxalucacustoms3717Thank you so much for the explanations, about camber ( I was only wondering that did you need re-camber settings after 3cm or more lifting).
but about coilovers, I did not know how many cm you lifted after coilovers, because I am looking for professional lifting coilovers min lifting is 4cm or more from rear and front to have ,like you have. Very hard to find in europe this kind of kits. Thanks again.

@@brkykpzky I believe Silver's Coilovers are shipped internationally, so for most countries it should be no problem. I would say any change in lift more than 2 cm would need camber adjustments. The Silver's coilovers are fully height adjustable, so you should be able to get at least 6cm of lift as long as you get them with the right springs. The new springs I ordered are about 260mm with a 6Kg/mm spring rate, but you may have to check with Silver's for what spring rates they can offer.

@@jaxxalucacustoms3717 Thank you again for the advices, - what if I can not find in europe after more search, that I have only the way to buy from Silver coilovers and I could need your help about the sizes, if you could advice me, because I would like to lift max 6-7cm from front and rear. I agree about new camber adjusments after more than 2cm lifting, but its not a big problem, because I started to collect the kits and sets for degree angle gauge etc.I have also a question - Did you buy this adjustable suspension stabilizer bar link or it was already included with coilovers kit from Silver company? I am following you on the upgrades, I will realy copy your car settings and coilovers + springs sizes the most probably :)

Hey how's it going? It's been a while since I've checked in. Great upgrades btw! So I have been on the search for lift coil overs myself. I see you where able to get silver to build you some. After watching your video. I have a couple of questions(surprise!).
First question: What is the overall length from top mount to bolt eyelet 23.75?
Second question, What company did you order the correct springs from and what length and spring rate did you go with?

oof yeah I recorded some videos a while ago and I just haven't had time to edit them, and also I haven't worked on it as much as I want since it's been all cold and wintery.
I don't remember what my measurements were, and honestly the notes I had were so bad I don't think I could figure out what the right number should be. According to the tech document of what Silvers made for me, they made it to be 22.7" (maximum) and I was able to crank that to 23.5" without experiencing any issues, but they don't recommend that obviously.
You can try asking them for longer, but they might be limited to a certain length shock tube.
I got 12" PAC Racing springs with 350lb rate, and the only reason I chose that brand is because they make them in orange. 12" is kinda overkill, 10" is probably enough for the stroke of the shock. I have been thinking about getting different springs soon, 350lb is still a tiny bit stiffer than stock, so if you want a more comfortable ride, I would look at maybe a 300lb spring or a progressive/ dual rate spring. And believe it or not I am actually still on the stock rear springs with poly spacer lift, so I have no new information there as far as spring choice.

@@jaxxalucacustoms3717 Have you thought about Diesel truck airbaig lift suspension to possibly fabricate into rear replacements for your poly spacers and stock spring? Thank you for taking the time to respond to my questions. Thanks for all your help. Keep up the great work.

@@kevenc.8883 I haven't really looked into airbag suspension at all, I feel like that's more for if you are carrying a lot of load. The Silvers kit comes with an adjustable perch to take the same style coilover spring in the rear, I just did the fronts myself and never bothered to take it somewhere to get the rear re-done.
