I love layering Bosendorfer + Jazz Grand. It creates a very peculiar atmosphere.
After watching numerous demos of digital pianos, I think I'm going to spring for the P515. The Bosendorfer and Ballad sounds are great. And the Yamaha CFX Grand is also nice. I also like the Rhodes and Wurly sounds. And the built -in speaker system is one of the best of any keyboard in this price range. The other piano I was interested in was the Kawai ES920. Demo videos like this one pushed me to the Yamaha. Thanks.

Nope, from audio out and recorded with an audio interface :)

Ballad Grand sounds great.

Is Nord White Grand piano as good as CFX?
@@Marian1st. different samples on Yamaha Montage (I have both in my setup) I prefer this CFX over the White grand :)
@@DKS-SYNTH-LAB I find this Bosendorfer better than the one (Imperial) in CP series. To my ears, Warm Grand and Jazz Grand are made of Bosendorfer samples. Most others are CFX modifications. But every one sounds different. Studio Grand is C7 (but CP/YC series has better one). And I'm not sure what is Honky Tonk made of ;) you review lots of various boards. I wonder if you're going to keep P-515 for longer time and how you like the action.

Hello. How do you save sounds in this machine? For example, if you make a beautifull piano tone, how to save it?
On the P515 you can save the settings of a voice or layer. For example, you can edit Voice 1 (CFX sample) and the P515 stores these settings when you power off. To do this you have to change the settings (see user manual). You only can have one saved setting per voice or layer of voices.
When you use the smart pianist app from Yamaha you can save your own (multiple) user sounds (and name them).

Yes, but Cfx and Bösendorfer are superior into P-515, and also the action on p-515 is better to my needs :)
How many some damaged sounds like in 2 14 do you have ? Generally great sounds, but EVERY P515 have a sound defects keys, some more, some less. I own P515. Always in higher (right) side.
Mine is 100% working :)
@@DKS-SYNTH-LAB Found the key, and nearest...and push short/long/with/without pedal. Different SOUND TONE, you hear ???
They all working 100%, but not ALL equally . I hear in 2-14 your right hand finger 1.
