What difference in cost would it have been to select the PA14 frame to build upon instead? If you ever decide, build yourself a scale model first so you can envision the layout.
Love the videos. As this is time lapsed, how many "normal" hours does this comprise? Keep up the great work and I look forward to see this adventure unfold.
Hi Jon. Thanks for this nice video. One question: I see you put a kind of yellow primer on the base of the control stick. Cubcrafters do not specify the use of any primer protection, but you did ? I'm going to start mine soon and I'm also considering to put some primer on some critical parts. What(s your opinion on that ?
Cub Crafters does call for primer on the aluminum control surfaces that are attached to the iron torque tube. The primer is supplied in the fuselage kit. Good luck!
You're doing a. Nice job it's beautiful
Beautiful man, love it !!
Nice time-lapse. Aircraft construction fascinates me.
Super cool, great work. I'm in the process of building a JA Highlander. Keep up the great videos.
This is amazing. I'd love to build a cub. Any updates?
I liked watching the tools disappear and reappear from the work benches
Personally I think you could have done with a few more clamps to hold that boot cowl... :)))) Fantastic video by the way! More please :}
Where did you get your two red fuselage rolling frames located at the firewall and tail please ?
Excellent

I have about 125 hrs into building the wings and another 15 hrs into the fuselage and other tasks so far.
Did you put float attachments?
Is it done?
Like your build.
Does that beautiful skymaster in the background have a name?
If I knew, I'd tell you. This is a community hangar space I'm renting, the spymaster doesn't belong to me....
Hi,
are all Carbon Cubs still based on welded Steel Tubing for the Fuselage?
Is it chrome molybdenum?
Wy didn't you widen it into a PA12?
What's the thickness of the tubing?
Any update videos??
Build looks great, but why is the last video 2 years old? Hope he's ok and he just hasn't had time to work on the plane or post updates.
What do you have in it 180hp?

How many days is this time lapse? Nice video.
I worked on the fuselage 30 separate sessions totaling 106 hrs. I videoed most of the days.
