- Canyons, rappels, swimming, hiking, down climbing… How hard could it be?? To close out our summer, Genasee and I adventure down to the stunning Zion National Park for 3 days of canyoneering. We love getting out and using our fitness outside of the gym! 🏃🏼♂️🥾 Which canyons should we explore next?!

Day in the life of Genasee next??? :)
Looked Awesome Cole!
It was a blast! You guys should make the trip sometime!
Epic Video. Canyoneering is fantastic, You Killed it!!! Mystery and Subway were my first two canyons I did in Zion National Park as well. They are two of the most popular and very scenic canyons. Awesome that you had the chance to see it. Come back and visit Utah again sometime 😀
Such a beautiful area! I loved every minute! Will definitely be back!
Awesome!!! Thanks for sharing👍👍👍
So beautiful 👀😲😍 those rocks are huge , by the way love the ending part 😂
Wow that looked awesome and great editing. Was a lot of fun to watch :) Thanks!
You should be a professional photographer, it looked so beautiful! Thank you for the adventure !!
Such amazing photos and videos thank you for sharing.
Great content❤️. Love ur vids
Dude, i just when canyoning for the first time this past weekend, as a birthday gift from my s/o and it was awesome, something to repeat several times for sure.
That’s legit! Such a cool birthday gift! I’ll definitely go again too!
Zion looks amazing!
That’s awesome! I wish we had rocks to climb like that in Spokane!
Thanks for sharing. I’m headed that way in October and I’m so excited! You guys are the best.
Awesome! Hope you have an amazing trip!!!
Hey Cole! Always look forward to the content you and Genassee put out! You guys are always so positive and inspiring. Hopefully you'll see this, but I had A HUGE question...I recently was Diver Certified and would LOVE to add canyoneering as another hobby. How'd you guys get started?
Thank you! Genasee's family has climbing experience, so they taught us everything we needed to know! I would recommend finding a climbing gym and they might be able to help or at least point you in the right direction. There's a lot of overlap between rock climbing and canyoneering as far as the technical skills - you mainly need to be competent in rappelling.
Yall are so cute!
Looks like an amazing trip. What guide service (if any) did you use? I think I want to steal this trip for me and my wife!
It was an awesome trip!! We actually did not use a guide service. Genasee’s brother is very knowledgeable and her family has a decent amount of experience. And commercial guiding is not allowed within Zion NP. But I believe there are canyons that you can explore just outside of the park that you can get a guide for. Though I would still recommend this trip even if you don’t go canyoneering!
@@ColeSager Who was that with you?
Where in Zion is that???? I've been a few times cuz it's close to home and we would love to experience that area!
These are in 3 different canyons: Mystery Canyon, Orderville Canyon (they both feed into the Narrows at the end) and Subway Canyon which is a bit northwest from the main Zion park / visitor's center area. Highly recommend! Just keep in mind you need to get permits for all of them!
@@ColeSager thank you!!
Oh man! Please share how can regular dudes and their wives can have this experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Have you ever seen 127 hours??
...we made the poor decision of watching that movie a few weeks before our trip 😬 haha
Ha! That’s like watching the Blair Witch Project before going camping in the woods:).
I love Moab. My family and I got through there every other year.
