- The best men's t-shirts is a big claim, but I firmly believe based on quality and construction these eight shirts for men are the best money can buy. In this video I review the tees you guys have seen me wearing a lot. First, it's all about the cotton, from Suvin to Pima to Zimbabwe or Giza, I cover it all.

IMO, the best most unique t-shirt is the SDA Kasuri t-shirt, followed by the Tanuki HSS. The texture, weight and slubbyness of the former is out of this world, and the latter has, hands down, the best cut ever!!
And this is the thing. Cut is such a big deal for me. Some of the top brands just feel weird on me so i had to sack them off. Tanuki, i've not tried anything at all from, but I see so many people rave about them, especially for jackets. That Tanuki shirt looks incredible actually. Cut wise at least on the Red Cast Heritage site. Might be my next one! Though I have enough darn t-shirts hah

Suvin is derived from West indies' sea island cotton, which is far and away the best cotton in the world. Longest, thinnest staple, softest hand, longest lasting. Look for some sea island, brother!

Nice the SDA Suvin Gold is my favorite tee so far too - I think it's simply the best overall softest and sturdiest T-shirt in existence! I think they have the best pocket design too which makes the shirt look more slubby and less of an undershirt. I've been trying to get into the Flat Head shirts lately but I keep coming back to my Suvin Gold forsure. I don't know about the others but PBJ would be in my top 5 too for the fades and slubby natural feel
Totally agree, Michael. Flat Head shirts just didn't quite sit right with me. The Suvin cotton shirts just seem to be so much more superior.

Sunspel uses sea island cotton on their more expensive shirts which is also very good quality. Not sure which is better

Nice one and welcome. I would say 3sixteen. They never fail and are great value in their 2-packs.
Sunspel uses Supima cotton from California in their t-shirts with the exception of their Sea Island cotton t-shirts.

This is a great video. Do you ever wear Henley t-shirts? I struggle find quality ones. I looked at the P&Co ones but they are a very 'boxy' fit.
Henley isn't really for me. I'm either full buttons or none hah
how do you think the suvin gold compares to the fox fiber? also have you tried other loopwheel brands like tezomeya? lastly, have you tried anything that involves plant fiber like tencel? thanks for the great video
Hey Ben, I absolutely love the fox fiber fabric, mainly due to it's natural feel and look. I can't really compare the both yet. But the suvin gold SDA is really soft after a few wears. It is very thick so starts out stiff. Not tried any others tbh. I wanted to try Samurai's new natural looking cotton shirts though they seem sold out in large.

Hi mate. I'm about 6ft and currently 78kg The sizes all differ. Any particular you like? I find i wear the 3sixteen the most. It's just easy and wears well and is a good everyday tee. I did see Sunray and want to check them out. Good local guys too! Lady White i've not seen yet but heard a few people talk about them, any good?
@@CameronO thanks mate! I like the look of the 3sixteen too. Is yours a large? I’m 6’2 and 88kg with a 43 inch chest so was thinking xl in 3sixteen. The Lady White “our tee” is quite nice, though not the softest new. I got a large and thinking I maybe should have got an xl. The Lady White Athens is a really nice oversize tee. I’d also like to try The Real Mccoys 2 pack, but trying to work out sizing. I don’t really want to pay more than £50 for a white tee

@@CameronO You'll like the Sunray stuff, the aesthetic is perfect. Lots of nice colours. I do wince a bit when I'm spending X amount on simple staples, but I try to tell myself that is mitigated by years of wear, which is really what one should expect. A bit mad we have to pay serious prices for a quality of garment that would have been standard manufacturing practice decades ago, but so it goes.
Great video! In my opinion, Best t-shirt are Warehouse & Co. lot 4601, Loop & Weft seasonal creations and finally Stevenson Overall Loopwheeled White Henleys (not quite t-shirt)

Thanks to you i know about Tee folder, that's a heck of an invention to my pain. I really like how minimalist scene setting you did and speaking with a nice tone voice. As we know some UA-camrs talks rather loudly that sounds a bit irritating. Do you talk about streetwear clothings?

I have several whitesville t shirts. 2 different 3 packs. They have a good cotton, but not in the league of Iron Heart, warehouse, or these other top end loop wheel t shirts.
I have had several brands of loop wheel t shirts. From Japanese to American to German. My favorites are Iron Heart and Warehouse.

Hey Kruise. So i'm a 4 in UES. I think for you it would be a 3. I'm 6ft and about 78/80kg. I mean even a 2 may fit, but not too sure about the measurements. In 3sixteen im a large and it is a fitted shirt. So maybe a medium for you i think
@@CameronO thank you for the response. I bought the 3sixteen from Rivet and Hide and they’re great. The UES were a perfect fit but they weren’t true white so I returned them. Ended up ordering more 3sixteen ones. The guys at Rivet and Hide were very helpful

How do you wash these premium tees? What products do you use + how do you do it? And how often do you wash em? Do you have a video on it?
Suvin cotton is grown in Tamil Nadu in Southern India 🇮🇳. It is derived from West Indian Sea Island cotton and is supposedly just as good.
what are some good indian companies with tees? basics ofcourse ! if you have any ideas?

Hey Thomas, I'm not too sure what American sizing is. In terms of medium/large, you're looking at 40-42 type sizing. Certainly not baggy or long in the body

Where do you get your basic staple t shirts from Cameron? I saw you mention it in a previous video but unfortunately cannot find it right now. I'm trying to avoid spending £70 on a t shirt right now :) cheers
Hey Lucien, I used to go through really cheap ASOS shirts before I got into these brands. Now though I have quite a few shirts so am able to rotate. If we're talking current staples It would be 3sixteen for me. Though I still need to try Asket shirts as people swear by them as staples.
In your expereince, how accurate is the 3sixteen pima tee sizing? Looking to get my partner some but am unsure if they'll shrink a bit.
Hi Aubrey. So I am a large in almost all brands t-shirts though for 3sixteen in both pima and the heavier jersey I am a medium. They shouldn't shrink at all. You can't go wrong with these. Fantastic value and quality. Side note, the one in this video is the heavyweight jersey. I do have the pima one and will review that in a few weeks in the next t-shirt guide.

I've got a couple of velva sheen tees, they kinda suck to be honest. Not in the same league as the other tees I have from Merz b Schwanen and Studio D'Artisan

@@heroi1062 i have a couple of Merz B Schwanen Henley's can't help you re T shirts but the Henley's are good. I assume the T's would be as well.
@@heroi1062 Merz B Schwanen is perfect if you can get the fit right. They tend to be on the slim side after wash unless you get their relaxed fit which is more of a regular fit than loose. I have their hemp henley and I think it's the best I've handled
So as Lewis has said the SDA tees are just so damn good! I tried and tried to get the Real McCoys pocket tee shirt for this video (therealmccoys.com/collections/tops/products/pocket-tee-mq-navy?variant=34580018659489) but it was and still is sold out. gutted cause it looks so sick and is indigo dyed.
I have both fox fibre shirts and they are so damn cool - great construction seems like they will last a long time. Honestly excited to wear them out of the wash every time.

Hey Daniel, I'll prob get to TFH shirts one day. The thing I didn't like was the stitch colour was white even on the black shirts which I hated. They may have changed it though. I'll revisit next summer and will likely do another T-shirt video

How long do you go between washes for these shirts? I usually try to get two days/wears out of my tees before washing them unless they get sweaty or something. Just bought the 3Sixteen one based on your recommendation.
Hi mate. I'm about the same. Unless i excessively sweat or get them dirty i usually neatly fold them back or leave them out for the next day or so. Someone will probably tell me that's unhygienic though they are perfectly fine in my eyes. The 3sixteen shirt is proving the work horse! not even cracked the second one out yet! they are SO good!
@@CameronO Did your 3Sixteen shirt shrink at all after a wash? I got their small and hand washed it once before wearing it and it's still a bit too big. Might try machine washing/drying it and seeing what happens. Their indigo heavyweight pocket tee fit me perfect in small after a wash.
I can't really remember as I got it so long ago, though I do machine wash it and it comes out fine for me. It keeps it's shape well too
These Tshirt’s are all pretty nice, but by far the best Tshirt’s ever are, James Perse ones !
How many washes on that UES white one? On that closeups wear and tear is visible (9:01 ). I still havent found white T shirt that holds well in that aspect... perhaps it is much more visible on the white than on the coloured shirts. Also I did not find much difference between 15 and 60 or 80$ shirts. More expensive tend to be heavier and construction might be better than some but after few washes they all look beaten :/
Hey Marko. To be honest I've not counted how many washes. It just gets worn and washed like everything else. So no babying really. By nature everything will degrade over time, just a lot slower with these ones. Plus they feel incredible.

re the thing to fold clothes: if on a budget, jyou can make one out of cardboard. I have aclothiong company at one point (small company with graphic tee in the late 2000's) and I made one to fold all my t-shirt exactly the same way so they fit in the sealing bag i sold them in. so customizable too.
These are all classic best of tshirts. However if I could add one ( James Perse.). All Japanese Cotton. The fit is unreal and there light.

Tshirt shopping is a real headache for me as I find so many are too short in the arm and too fitted in the armhole/shounder. The only ones I like are the M&S ones from around 10 yrs ago. Their latest offerings are no good due to said issues.
Please try the German companies "Trigema" and "Merz b. Schwanen" aswell. They both produce amazing quality...

I have several lady white t shirts. They are good, but not in the same league as top end loop wheel t shirts. Like Iron Heart, SDA, or Warehouse. These feel like your wearing cashmere.

The white SDA suvin gold has held up perfectly, It feels heavy and stiff if i'm honest. That's good in the fact it is like new but bad that i feel it doesn't soften up. It's always the same. Defo softer shirts out there. The Fox fibre one is similar. Solid construction, tbh i don't wear it as much as I don't really like the look of the colour with my style (i usually wear white,grey or black) hah.
