NT Cutter C-1500 Circle Cutter For Leather Crafting - I didn't like it at all

I bought it on Amazon: amzn.to/2MXTQ2u Because it claims to be able to cut circles on leather without punching a center hole. I returned this circle cutter at the end of this review however, because it didn't perform as good as I thought it would be.

I find that using a strip of double sided tape to secure the work piece in place really helps. As you’ve noted, once you lose the blade track it is virtually impossible to get it back. As mentioned above, do several light passes with the blade, instead of trying to cut all the way through in one pass. Thanks for your review.

This cutter actually works extremely well. I have used this to cut 2 ounce leather and also suede. The trick is you don’t press too hard when you turn it, it takes multiple passes

Does it only work on certain leathers or thickness? It didn't work for me at all. Just dragged the leather when I turned the cutter.

You can cut circles up to 40 cm with the extension

There should be a needle in it when you turn it of far enough. I have the same one. And there is a needle there.

you have to take the bottom part off and turn the knob on the top, then the needle gets out
maybe it´s only on C 1500 P model
