- The pin deck lighting was starting to bug me more than usual so I decided to redo it entirely. I also soldered on camera for the first time. Turned out awful but it works lol. :)

Do you prefer this longer quiet style video compared to my usual shorter videos with music?
ThinkCleverAndSmart I think longer, keep it up dude 👍🏻
Hmmmm I really like both actually
I do like the longer videos, and short videos as well. I like to see how you problem-solve and how you create these awesome mechanics. Keep up the great work!
Oh yeah, if you want a tip on the soldering, you did a great first attempt on that. If you want to hide it if it is visible from the sides, or what not, put a bit of electrical tape to cover it up. But don't worry about it if it is hidden from sight. I would leave it like that, because these LED strip ends are a bit fragile Up to you, your preference. :)
They're all good!
I like these kinds of building videos. Looks awesome!
Thanks man! :)
TCAS back with another video I’ve been checking your channel for so long, please make more videos I’m your biggest fan! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
More is coming!
;D, I also have a question that I asked you before but I’m asking again since I forgot F. How big is your lane (lane meaning the one where your paper anvillane is, and where you bowl on, and did you laminate the anvillane?) since my pinsetter doesn’t really fit and it’s a little bit too big. Please respond if you can and also what kind of finish is it? And is it sanded? thank you ;).
This video has a similar feel to JK Brickworks' new GBC videos. Nice to see some updates on the pinsetter!
Thanks! I might have been inspired by them haha, but I also wanted to try out something new where I show more of the process when making a change, as well as the problems I face during it. It results in longer videos (which I hope people like) as well as the removal of background music, which is more calming and people always hate my music anyways lol
I absolutely love your dedication.
Thanks! I'm a perfectionist but I also do know my limitations haha
I missed your videos so much. Good job
I remember watching these videos it was the best I got alot of ideas from it
Looking amazing! And I do love the style of the video ;)
Thanks! Hopefully more to come!
Looks good, and lights it up better!
Yes, thanks! The previous solution was a mess lol
YAY You are back!!!! :)
Yes I’m alive! Haha!
This is so cool man!
Thanks man! Also thanks for checking my channel! Your videos are really good as well, keep up the good work!
ThinkCleverAndSmart Thank you! It’s been a while since I’ve done anything with Legos, but I do have an NXT that I should probably get back out! It looks like you can do some awesome stuff with it. Edit: look to looks
Yeah I could definitely recommend doing it! Age doesn’t matter, I’m an adult and I enjoy Lego more now than when I was a kid haha
Keep the videos up, good work
More are coming!
Nice work bud!
Thanks FNAF! :D
I love all of your vids! I’m actually building a bowling lane with my dad in the backyard right now, I have one video of it uploaded so far
That's nice!
Thank you!
Mini Bowler I also making one too, but ANDY’S BOWL A-2
ThinkCleverAndSmart hey there is a youtuber called KyaRL as that person is building a LEGO bowling alley as well
@@thefriendlyteenager726 oh lol
Finally a new video! Your lego pinsetter still amazes me, its definitely the best one I've seen yet! How's the distributor coming along?
Thanks for your kind words! Distributor is coming along nicely, and I've had it semi working for a while. It's still a bit too many hiccups for my liking, but I'm ironing those out, and then it's done. But because I've worked on it for almost five months now, I thought it was time to do something else that can actually be a video, hence this. :)
Great a new videos out
Very clean setup! Haha don't worry, I'm worse at soldering 😂
You should make more videos with this kind of ambeant background sounds. (More or less, I'm saying I like it)
It would be cool if you could put like a NexGen Box and the wall behind the NexGen Box in the front of your pinsetter just for decoration.
I have very limited space there at the moment but things will change in the future :)
First, I love your video when you first made that V1 A-2 Pinsetter
Hello. I support you from Japan.
Great to see you back, do you have a link to the lane texture that is used on your lane?
Thanks! You can find it in my Brunswick anvilane video
Looks great! Don’t mind the style of video personally, as long as it doesn’t drag on.
Yeah I tried to cut it or speed it up where it would otherwise be boring. :)
@@ThinkCleverAndSmart also, just thought id ask... How do you find all the good music you use? I find myself looking for hours for good, original music yet I can never find something im happy with :P
6:31 ooft that moment when the whole frame disconnects.
I must say it scared me a bit lol
@@ThinkCleverAndSmart lol its happened to me a few times when i was working on my pinsetter, although a bit more catastrophic :\
you project went awsome mine is just a bump of nothing
Did you ever consider using 2 4-Pin solderless led connectors to bridge the gap between the 2 led strips? They can be found online (such as Amazon) for quite cheap and I'm using a 3 pin version for the led strips that are part of the update in my next video to make multiple 180-degree connections along my led strip. Thought I'd ask just in case you plan to do something similar in the future...
I did indeed consider that, and it’s similar to what I used to connect the pin deck lighting to the led wall and power supply. However I didn’t find any connectors small enough for the space inside the pin deck lighting module. It would have been much easier than soldering them though. Especially since I was a noob at soldering back then lol

Nice and I have one question can u make instructions for the pinsetter one day ?
That would be dope
Thanks! Yes I will, full instructions will be available when it's fully finished and working. :)
@@ThinkCleverAndSmart how much they gonna cost lol? I think Ima need to take some 'inspiration' coz at the moment things aren't going too well for my pinsetter
It will cost $100
@@ThinkCleverAndSmart ok, out of my budget as of now but definitely reasonable price.
Can you record a full game on the lane?
I actually have a video just like that already. :)
I'm never ganna be like you :( I don't now how you get the lane I suck so much
Dat Wiring tho lol
I know lol, I'm not usually that bad at soldering, but those LED stripes has pads on the ends that doesn't want to stick to the solder at all. I'm just happy it works at all lol
ThinkCleverAndSmart. Ok. How’s your Quarantine ? I’m getting really jealous on a Facebook about post like “Is your Lanes reopen yet ?”, at the same I’m very bored even when I do anything except mini bowling.
The strategy in Sweden is very different to other countries. Idk if it’s better or not. Anyways, the only change I do is that I live at my parents house (where the pinsetter is) and don’t meet other people closer than 2m. At least I get more time to work on the pinsetter now than before. :)
I have nothing to do on my mini bowling center except some changes 1 day per week. Good thing for no boredom, I was chatting with several Communities or Group Chats especially the Mini Bowling Group Chat on Instagram, plus PinDominator and KyaRL are one of us in the group.
Hey check out the Professional Mini Bowling Association youtube channel
THINKCLEVERANDSMART I MIGHT NOW HOW TO MAKE MY BOWLING LANE I GET A BUNCH OF JUNGAS BLOCKS THEN GLUE THE TOGETHER
Hi think clever and smart i really enjoy your videos and i hit subscribe with notifications on also i uploaded my first video :)
Hey do you think you can make me an intro to my bowling youtube channel
Hi, I don’t have time right now sadly, since I have both school and Lego Masters. :/
@@ThinkCleverAndSmart hey man don't worry let me know when you can just comment on my video then ill get back to you
