I work at a bowling center that have these, we have the same issue because we live in humid climate and the moisture gets loose in the building causing certain machines to drop pins

This is Nevada so not humid, just 115 in the summer. But yeah, I worked on A2s and the summer heat just swells the pins just enough to cause the 5-pin to not drop can jam the deck.

the machine looks alright, just that the spotting tongs are probably broken, it happens a lot to GS pinsetters.

I think the heat had something to do with it.

if the spotting tong is broken why does it pick up the 4 pin when its alone but drops it when there is a 7 pin. there is a bind in the track for the spotting tongs

Despite the GS NXT being so new, it's already so poorly maintained!!
Is that an eternity pi you're throwing?

That is not the ball I'm throwing. Also, I did mention it was really hot that day and the AC wasn't keeping up very well. Wondering if the heat played an effect.

@@Greggys10Pins Ahhhh, when I looked at your other videos I realised it wasn't.
Still, though, the fact it's consistently dropping 4 pins is concerning for this centre.

@@Greggys10Pins so what ball are you throwing with?? I’m sure that’s what ZlueTheDragon meant

@@travy268 Pretty sure I'm throwing the Honey Badger Extreme Pearl. It's pretty much my go-to strike ball for most centers.
