My printer is Samsung xpress m2071. My printer is new with only 1000+ pages printed. It works fine when I print 1or2 pages. But when I print in bulb( more than 5 in continuation), page gets stuck while coming out near pressure roller. It also gets overheat. My repair guide said pressure roller is fine....but due to overheating paper gets stuck( as he said) and comes out warm. What's The solution ?
i have the same printer and when i replace the toner with a new one it show me that the new toner is non compatible. even though that the new toner is of the same series of the old one.

Try to change paper. Is the printer in a humid environment? Is the paper 80 gr.?
how do you remove the orange plastic things on the end?
I think you mean the orange plastic part on the side. It's part of the packagiing, you need to simply pull it out

I think there is a problem with the chip version of the toner cartridges. You could consider to buy a chipless service

Non capisco bene cosa è una stampa a ventaglio. Il foglio si piega? Potrebbe essere un problema di fusori

@@viandant5 My M2022W detects an MLTD111S cartridge although I bought an MLTD111L(P) cartridge and does not want to print. Any ideas?
@@filipvandenbossche5795 the only difference is the yield, both workd on that printer. I don't know why it does not print, may be it's defective
