Goalkeeper training warmup session

Here is a warm up for goalkeepers of any age, incorporating some basic #goalkeeping movements & actions.
By using the @senaptec strobe glasses we heighten the focus of the #goalkeepers by impacting their vision. The Senaptec “quad strobes” have multiple settings that can be adjusted to have differing effects on the vision of the #goalkeeper forcing them to process information in different ways.
