A Burn Out (Luxo Jr. Short Series Ep. #9)

- You know, I've been home for several weeks. I'm no exception to those who've been out of school because of the ongoing virus. At least during this insane time period, I'm able to give you guys a new short.
In case you guys didn't notice, I started being a foley artist, meaning that I created new sound effects.
Examples include:
0:24 (The ball bouncing)
0:36 - 0:39 (Lamp sqeaks and springs)
0:57, 0:59, 1:07 (The light bulbs clinking)

What I think Luxo Jr's vision would look like in these bulbs:
Bulb #1: everything looks so big
Bulb #2: everything still looks big
Bulb #3: everything looks triangularly pixelated
Bulb #4: everything looks so Light purple-ish
Bulb: #5: everything looks all blurry
Therapist: Luxo Jr. without light bulb isn't real. It can't hurt you.

This reminds me of the end of WALL-E when Luxo's bulb gets broke and WALL-E is able to fix it in the pixar logo

Do a fishing episode called "Luxo Jr. and Luxo Sr. Go Fishing" where Luxo Jr., his dad, Luxo Sr., and their friends go fishing near a tank, and maybe add some Pixar music tracks by Thomas Newman, like, First Day, EVE, and Nemo Egg* (*The track, Nemo Egg, is for near the end when everyone was tired and headed for home, they stop and see Luxo Jr. sad that he didn't catch any fish, then his friends and Luxo Sr. walk to him and comfort him and cheer him up and Luxo Jr. has happy and cheered up and his friends and Luxo Sr. gave him a hug.)
Looks like closing Pixar logo from Wall-e: once the I is stomped Luxo has a burn out and Wall-e repairs him but makes fall the R and Wall-e turns into a R.

2. Those were random choices. And yes, I did use reference images (when do I not?).
3. I never keep track on how long I render. So you can skip that question from now on.

What the episode is about: Luxo jr's bulb was off so his friends tried to make him pick a new one, but all of them are not perfect, in 1:48, luxo jr cried, but luxo's dad got him a smiley face cup with his bulb exactly the same, and he's happy with it now.

Idea for Episode 10: Luna Jr.'s Friends. You know Luxo jr.'s Friends meet Luna Jr.'s Friends. They get to spend time in the party of lamps like luxo Jr.'s Friends and Luna Jr.'s Friends and all the other lamps in the series. This could be a great Idea. Right?
