So the higher the karat of gold the softer it’s going to be 10k is not going to be durable due to the fact that it contains 41.7% real gold vs the rest of it being metal alloys so the best option to go with would either be 18 karat which is softer and I’ll be less stressful on your teeth or a 22 karat grill 18k is 75% real gold making it a lot softer than 10k and 22 is over 90% I believe .

I got a grillz all six on the bottom instead of brushing twice i do three if I have it in wile out with my girlfriend and we eat at a restaurant I always keep mouthwash in my car so I can rinse my mouth after eating and brush when I get home I also use pallygrip to keep my grillz from moving around in my mouth she has worn grillz since 2014 her dentist gave her all them tips and out teeth are vary healthy ours was done by the same jeweler we both have 10k gold in our mouth when we do wear our grillz another good tip don't wear your grillz every single day thats not good for your teeth as well take a few days to keep brushing them then put your grillz back in

It's possible if they aren't made to accommodate your bite correctly. They could also cause some jaw discomfort... so a custom made removable option is typically a better option long term

Definitely finish this video....Removable grillz are always easier to keep your natural teeth clean. Since every grill fits a little different, if you have something that you can't remove, make sure to work with your dental team to find the best products for you. Our sonic toothbrushes and water flossers would be a great start

there are no sizes you do a dental impression and get them custom made to fit your teeth
