But last fact is You can do all these services without any special degree but don't make your client down and always guide as you can help them. you are already an proprietor only. firm means an partnership firm, interms of incometax language, So if you need to do your business with an name you can register in UDYAM, also if your turnover goes more than 20 lakhs then you can get GST number, you can open an current account in your personal name or you can open current account after getting UDYAM OR GST certificate..
