I don't think we should spend money on players that have a history of injuries ! Lord knows, we have had our share of players hurt over the last two or three seasons. We would be better looking for good young players from the lower leagues or from abroad. Young players can learn quickly, though I am aware that there is a need for experienced players. Maybe we should try to keep our seasoned players, now that there is the probability of getting new owners with nice deep pockets. COUBs.

No one is making a QUICK buck out of Everton surely? The club is riddled with debt. What would be the possible route to a quick buck?
So if a quick buck isn't a motivation, the worst that could come out of this bidding war is that Moshiri's talent for choosing new owners mirrors his talent in choosing managers & players, and we end up with the least competent on offer.
But there are at least 3 positive & very promising parties interested in the club & just maybe, we can all try to stop being miserable barstewards & admit theat there is cause for optimism.

Depends on one’s definition of a quick buck.
People with cash can often see the potential of earning more cash better than others.
Our club has underperformed on all levels.
It’s not the 19 games a season that will bring in all the cash.
It’s the possibility of concerts,exhibition games,boxing bouts.The outside area will be ideal for smaller events.
We just need a decent retail team to organise and run everything.
And of course we can’t go wasting our current limited budget on the players recently mentioned in the press.
Definitely no players who have had long term injuries. We’ve had enough of them,and still have some.

It’ll be the same with the stadium,handled correctly it’ll make a lot of cash.
The facilities will allow it and the outside area to be used all year round.
If you are a billionaire you can sit knowing the stadium will be paid for and provide a big income:
If rich owners take over it doesn’t matter if they have to wait a few years, they have the cash in the bank to wait,and know it’ll all be coming back.
