Thank you, yes. I usually treat with beeswax. I have been using a new finish the past year. It's a mix of beeswax, linseed oil, and pure turpentine. A good finish and smells great!
@@JohnathonBrockI see! So if the heat is throughout the piece, I have a higher chance it'll distort or it won't move where I want it to. The material will only move where it's hot. I hope that makes sense!

Not finished, which is subjective. Its taste, purpose of use, etc. Sometimes less is more.
