Beware. Very sneaky company and poor customer /service. I ordered headphones and was provided with tracking number for Royal Mail only to find out that the parcel was delivered by DHL. I never received the item and DHL provided me with picture of completely different parcel. No response from Master & Dynamic. So I am almost £200 behind.
Cmon man, stop whining everywhere.. i saw you spamming many videos even on their official page with this same comment. It’s a small but elite ( certainly best in what they are doing) They gave your money back.. in 2 weeks. But you have to relax now.

I have an iPhone. These don’t have the AAC codec. Does this mean that iPhone users are penalized in sound quality? Thanks.
