If your rig has a closed space to store and charge your ebike, PLEASE PUT A SMOKE DETECTOR IN THERE. There is a problem with ebikes catching fire while charging.
Even better would be to add an extinguisher device, which goes off automatically if there's a fire there.
A fire in that compartment, unseen, would grow large enough to burn down your whole rig before you found it. And that tiny stock fire extinguisher won't help.

They overwhelm you with intensity and all bold/underlined to trick your mind to look past it.

Cross out the term in the contract and then initial next to your cross out. If they dont accept the crossout and take responsibility for their product, walk out. Don't buy. Love to see their face as you cross out their terms you don't want.
I actually won't buy new. Only will buy used of 2018 or older. Also have it professionally inspected. I wouldn't buy a home without a home inspection same with an RV
Imagine the salesperson's face when you start crossing out terms like you're an editor on a mission!

I disagree with the fees comments, we already pay for the parks in our taxes and from several areas and even endowments. The promise form the beginning was supposed to be availability for all not just the wealthy or middle class.
we need to encourage our state legislators to extend the lemon laws to include rv's and stop allowing these manufacturers to rip off the consumers this will force them to make a better product like the car manufacturers
If you didn't have insane people buying new RVs, how would you have used RVs for the sane to buy?
We bought one, then the dealership went out of business
Beware.........the Lemon Law's (Calif.) have a base (low) amount MINUS mileage, age, etc..The manufacturer will SURPRISE you with an IRS FORM 1099 for ANY amount you litigated above the allowed base amount. The Lemon Law attorneys will NOT share this important info. with you. We settled in 2022 and received a 1099 this month.
Who knew the IRS would want a slice of that settlement pie?
The lawyer is using a used RV with no warranty as his example. All used RV come with no warranty. If you buy a used RV, do not be like the fool in the video, buy a warranty. The lawyer of this no warranty RV owner, could not win in any court in any state.
No, he's not. He's specifically talking about the contract language of dealers selling new units. Then he recommends instead buying used, since if you can't return a lemon either way you might as well buy for less something that maybe has the bugs worked out. But pay for a private inspection.
