Please help me to how to fix the noodle when lock.
It seems, I did everything correct, but when I press the foot pedal, the engine runs, but neither the needle nor the part for the sewing spool on top moves. I tried to switch it in both directions. I can turn the wheel manually without any problems. Is there anything left, I could try, or did I just buy a broken sewing machine? 😢

That round thing on top u have to move it to right before pressing foot pedal. Only then thread will fill in.
In my case, it helped to open the machine. The conveyor belt wasn't on the wheel that spins, when pressing the pedal.

I saw some video unboxing / tutorial but most of them doesn’t have the auto threading but it is the same model code 8280. Is there any other model for this? Thanks

Hello! Why my Thread is always breaking though i bought a good quality thread but its still the same😢
Maybe your threading is not correct, just check if the thread goes through the correct slots as shown in the video

Yes you can use twin needle.. Having a separate thread stand will help to fix the second thread.

Bobbin thread bird nest has a few reasons, this might not be the tension issue. You may need to consult a technician on your machine as the machine may need a general servicing.
But before consulting, you may try the following steps that may be helpful to you :
1) Change a universal needle - reason being, your needle may be bend or blunt but we unable to locate with our physical eyes.
2) Remove your bobbin, and make sure the bobbin threads was winded evenly, place bobbin anticlockwise direction when you insert to bobbin case.
3) Remove your top threading and make sure you lift up your presser foot before starting to thread your machine.
Above are the small tips that you need to take note.
If the above steps are unable to help the machine, you will need to find technician to help you.

Okay I just bought this machine second-hand and where you slide on the thread there's really nothing to hold it on the part that came with it does not even fit where can I replace that little piece that she slid on after she put on the spool of thread

You may have missed out the spool stopper when you purchased the
2nd hand machine. Please refer to the photo of the spool stopper that is compatible with Singer 8280.

I wish mine worked like that. My bobbin thread bird nests and the top thread breaks. I’m 2 seconds away from throwing this in the trash or busting it with a hammer! I absolutely HATE this machine! And mine doesn’t have auto thread either!
