All these reasons make me want to cry. I wanted to make SF my home because as an openly gay man I kinda felt like I belonged there. It's a lot easier to get around without a car. How could they ruin such a great, diverse city like SF?
P o l i t i c s. Shitty politicians ruin counties/states. SF is just going to get worse and worse.
Thanks Wilson! Do you know good public school districts in SF? It seems like Outer Sunset district and the region in front of Harding park golf course do. But it's hard to find good schools here...

Hello, fellow Bay Area native here (peninsula). I'm familiar with the City and am considering moving there since I'm there so often and pricing is now the same. What recommendations do you have for finding the right neighborhood? Thanks!
The city is so diverse. It will come down to what you want to live close by. Whether you prioritize proximity to public transit or freeway access, retail spots and restaurants. I’d narrow down to 3-5 neighborhoods and visit. Make sure they’re within budget :)
@@wilsonpeninsulaproudlive almost 2 hour from San Francisco I live here in Stockton the last time i drive to San Francisco i drive to the tenderloin area and i saw a white woman high on drug she took her clothes off and started dancing right in front of everybody lots of store in the downtown area closing for good due to shoplifting whole food in San Francisco open for about a year and it shut down for good due to too many theft the mall in San Francisco is closing down as well San Francisco is not what it used to be too many drug addicted and homeless robbery

San Francisco would be my dream home but avoid moving because of the financial risks associated with the city.
Those are all really bad! Lol, not only is it overly expensive but it’s dangerous and cold.😅
Of course there are many pros as well but this video mentioned the opposite only 🙂

If your a tourist and if your a first time visiting San Francisco i advice u never ever leave your personal in your car and if u do your car window will get breakin into and if u try to do something about it they gonna pull a gun on u

If they voted for the right people who had their best interest it wouldn't be as high as it is. This is not a left or right issue, this is a politicians being bought out by companies issue 😂
