UOAF BMS Event 602 - Operation “Phalanx”

Situation:
- North Korean forces have launched a surprise attack and quickly occupied large areas south of the 38th parallel, including Seoul and surrounding areas.
- US Forces have begun amassing for a counterattack while North Korea is digging in to protect their gains.
- We will need to strip away their first line of air defenses if our air forces are to provide support around the South Korean capital to dislodge the North Korean forces protecting Seoul.
Commander's Intent:
- First line of air defenses consisting of 2x SA-2s and 1x SA-5 down.
- Enemy air forces attritted
- If weapons and fuel permitting, DEADs prosecute SA-2 sites further north
