I absolutely adore these two women - their vocals are as clear as a bell, which is a lot more I can say for many no talent female vocalists these days. And their lyrics ... poetry. Much loved National treasures. I find them very healing in our time of national crisis. Indigo GIrls need to be invited to the White House to perform, and should be awarded the National Medal of Arts by POTUS. And soon. They are a part of American culture and need to be recognized as such. I hope the POTUS does not wait too long. We play for audiences in shelters for abused women and children, nursing homes and assisted living centers. Playing for these people is the highest of highs. I've sung nationally and internationally since I was seventeen, and I've never experienced more genuine love than I have from these "special" audiences.
