    what is the height of these hurdles??

      36 for guys, 30 for girls. He said that. If they need a confidence boost start first reps at 33 for guys and 27 for girls(inches)

    is height a huge factor when it comes to hurdles ?

      Height varies between hurdlers, I’ve seen fairly successful hurdlers be as a short as 5 foot 8 and as tall as 6 foot 7 but the sweet spot is between 5 foot 11 and 6 foot 3.
